- AAAkash1 day ago3.0Hotel is clean but the thermostat in the room didn’t work and I had to use the one on the unit which wasn’t calibrated correctly. Room would get either too hot or cold all night. The bathroom shower drain was clogged. The layout of the hotel is strange and I couldn’t find my room number at first. The lobby is on floor 2. No breakfast either. Room rate was cheap though

- BBBrad BlawatMar 6, 20264.0Stayed there 3 times now in the last year. The rooms are nice and the beds are amazingly comfy 👌. But the layout is a little goofy. When you check in, you're actually on the second floor and there is NO elevator to the first floor. We had to walk down a narrow fight of steps with our suitcases. Not safe at all. There was one door to access the first floor, but it was on the back side of the hotel and the lady that checked us in never told us. No ice machine on the first floor, broke on the second floor so had to go to the 3rd for ice. Great restaurant attached, and will definitely stay there again if in the area, just request to stay on any floor but the first 😁
- LLLawrence LissMar 4, 20265.0I arrived at early in the morning and had an early checking basically enough for a quick shower and went to work after work I had the room for the night I booked through a third party app when I got my bank statement I was triple charged however Tina at the front desk worked with me made sure everyone else that was supposed to take care of fixing this problem did so. my hours of work made it difficult to speak with the managers but Tina coordinated everything and was extremely helpful in assisting to resolve and correct the problem
