Was given a different room and seemed clean until the sun shined in onto the floor. White hair from some old person everywhere. Lady at front desk was almost clownish looking and very unprofessional yawning into her hands and finishing sentences with “and stuff, yeah.” Everyone there needs to step up their game and take pride in their work. Nice place, but terribly managed.

The front desk agent at checkout was advised of the error of $25 No Show Fee was added to my bill, and promised to leave a note for the manager, Jennifer. I have since called back on Thursday and Friday, and now 7 days later I have not received a return call, and the fee has not been refunded. Because this error was not corrected in a timely manner, my company rejected my expense report for a total of $126, causing significant inconvenience. Due to this mismanagement, I have cancelled my future reservations and will not be returning.

They have a friendly staff, free laundry room for guest, and pretty clean rooms and fre breakfast. They need more staff for housekeeping, I know the staff they have now are trying to keep up. Hotel check in time seems like a long process, lots of steps and buttons to push for the staff. This is a positive review, but mentioning things the management can consider for the future.
