- AAAddisonFeb 22, 20261.0When we arrived at the hotel and checked in, the person running the front desk made a weird comment to my partner and I, making the interaction uncomfortable. Upon showing up to the room, we noticed a significant amount of stains on the couch, stains on the wall, and food residue everywhere. We approached the individual at the front desk about getting a new room, which was provided, however when we arrived at the new room it was in similar condition. We handed in the key cards, and did not complete our stay. Overall a disappointing experience.
