The hotel is clean, welcoming, and has great spaces for families to gather. The rooms are on the smaller side for a family of four, but they’re thoughtfully designed and very functional. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Every team member we met was warm, genuine, and clearly committed to making guests feel taken care of. They handled our large group of energetic hockey players with incredible patience and professionalism—encouraging them to have fun, but also kindly guiding them to be respectful of other guests. Not once did anyone make us feel like a burden. A+ hospitality. We’re already looking forward to staying here again.

I generally stay at TRU brands when I have a quick over night for work and get in late and have an early meeting. I have to say, the construction of this hotel is very poor. The walls are so paper thin you can hear virtually everything in both rooms. The outside was also incredibly noisy late at night. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, etc. But the construction of this one is very cheap. If you aren't a light sleeper this is place is just fine. If you are, good luck
