    Constance is rude, plain and simple, twice. Also, this particular Hilton property charges a $50 fee for nothing. They said it would be refunded in 5-7 days. Very odd for a Hilton property that offers no room service.

    One of the worst Hiltons. Rooms are not great. You can’t turn the lights on in the bathroom without turning on all the lights in the room. No bed side lamps or reading lights. Digital keys aren’t working either. So despite checking in on line I still had to stand in line to check in. On the positive side the staff I interacted with was friendly.
