The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Was great to have such a friendly lady welcome us after a long day. The price is great compared to most, and very easy to get to, with lots of food and shopping options close by. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind next time we stay in CR.

The staff vary in friendliness but we had a few staff that we absolutely adored that definitely go the extra mile. I love that three nights a week you get dinner in addition to getting breakfast every single day and I love that there's always a variety for breakfast. The pool is supposed to be heated but it is very cold which is not great in the winter. The gym is literally always out of wipes. But other than that really no problems. They are very respectful and kind and I love that it's right next to a walking trail
