    Elevator feels unsafe definitely need service lady up front was very rude and would not give me quarters for my change because they weren't dollar bills I thought currency was currency but I guess not spent $200 for a night of room and they won't give me change very rude . Also the maintenance in cleanliness somewhat suffer in this place could be very nice if they had better stuff cared

    How are you going to charge $150 per night and your continental breakfast is powdered eggs and potatoes every. single. day. Where's the waffle iron? I work for a living, I need carbohydrates.

    Great hotel great staff clean rooms awesome breakfast they also have social Wednesdays almost like a little dinner that's cool .... Most definitely will be back And when it's snowing you can do donuts in the parking lot across the street lol

    We switched rooms immediately because the sink wasn't draining, and the lamp shade and closet door were broken. Both elevators shook quite a bit, and the one near us ended up being shut down. We stayed for four days, but the breakfast offerings were limited as they had run out of many items. One of the rooms in the suite was blowing out super cold air, while the other room was blowing out hot air. We reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done. We have really liked this hotel in the past because it accommodates our family well; however, the last couple of stays have not been great, especially this one. It's disappointing to see this hotel decline.
