    We switched rooms immediately because the sink wasn't draining, and the lamp shade and closet door were broken. Both elevators shook quite a bit, and the one near us ended up being shut down. We stayed for four days, but the breakfast offerings were limited as they had run out of many items. One of the rooms in the suite was blowing out super cold air, while the other room was blowing out hot air. We reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done. We have really liked this hotel in the past because it accommodates our family well; however, the last couple of stays have not been great, especially this one. It's disappointing to see this hotel decline.

    Location was a little awkward, but the rooms and service cannot be matched! Amazing! I’ve stayed at the Hilton chain hotels for many years and this is one of the best that I’ve stayed in!

    This hotel chain has declined over the last four years. I’m a regular traveler that stays here and the cleanliness of the rooms have gotten worse and worse attached a couple photos of how filthy the room was when I arrived.

    It was an average stay experience. Rooms were okay and the breakfast had limited options. Room service was something I hadn't had a great experience with. They didn't clean alternate day but took 3 days during the first week of stay. When I complained about it , they took a note as if they are doing a favour. Please greet your guests with utmost patience and kindness. I asked for an envelope at the checkout, and the receptionist denied with a reaction as if I asked for her property 😆 I know you got envelope in the drawer. It costs penny, and leaves a great impression on your guests upon checkout. Show such small kind gestures.
