Very friendly, very patient -Hot breakfast available -Beds were decent, pillow options Cons: -Cleaning staff listens to stuff while working. While I have no issues with that normally, they did not use headphones and had the volume way up. -Had a joining room, my neighbors who apparently checked in about 10:30pm our 2nd night were so loud. -I know, I know, "It's a hotel, what do you expect?" Mild quietness? It was so loud. Doors, people talking, luggage rolling, train...there is minimal noise insulation. -Located near industrial park...the trains were loud. Neutrals: -The exhaust fan apparently hadn't been used in a while....the sound it made for the first minute was questionable. -Bathroom door only latched completely if you forced it with your whole body weight.

- JCJennifer ChildsFeb 14, 20265.0We were there for 2 nights, due to a relative's funeral. Sad occasion, but the hotel was a safe haven, for the tired and emotionally spent. They serve hot beverages 24 hours a day and breakfast each morning; and breakfast does have different components on weekends, then what was offered during the week. The bed was comfortable, clean and their toiletries were adequately stocked too. Management was very cordial and polite; they inquired about our stay and if there was anything they could do to enhance our experience. We really felt taken care of and appreciated being looked after during our stay. I will stay at that location every time I'm in the area.

Not to mention, I came here to relax, and from 7 am onwards there was noise everywhere. Even the cleaning staff yell, play music at full volume, and slam the doors of every room they enter to clean. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT'S HORRIBLE!!
