While I was sitting in the lobby area just a few feet away, they spent their time gossiping about a former coworker and guests. Listening to them trash-talk someone who used to work and guests who were staying there was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate, especially in front of other guests. Instead of greeting people or paying attention to guests, they were too busy laughing and tearing people down. It was petty, unprofessional, and made the entire hotel feel cheap. Front desk staff set the tone for the whole experience, and this set a very bad one. I would not stay here again because of this behavior. If management cares at all about guest experience, they need to deal with this immediately.
