The Issues Cost vs. Value: The cost is too high for the level of service and the various maintenance issues encountered so far. Front Desk Accessibility: The front desk was not available for a long time, and they did not pick up the phone when I tried to call. Room & Amenities: There is no bottled water provided in the room, and the coffee machine is not working. Facility Maintenance: There is a noticeable smell in the lift. Transportation: There is no airport shuttle service provided by the hotel, although they did provide a local alternative option. The Positives Room Quality: The room is premium and comfortable. Staff Interaction: Despite the availability issues, the staff behaved well and were professional when present.
