    The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Controlling the heat in the room was an issue. Breakfast was okay as well as the staff

    Stayed for just one night after a late, last-minute flight for a funeral. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived even later than expected, but the service at 10:30 PM was genuinely impressive. Dark (yes, that’s really his name!) greeted me in the most magical way — literally. He was incredibly kind throughout check-in, and while I waited for my wife to pick out a bottle of wine, he entertained me with card tricks. It was such a fun, unexpected way to pass the time, and he was so happy to share them. As someone who loves magic, I appreciated it so much. Justin helped my wife choose a bottle of wine and went the extra mile to make sure it was exactly what she wanted. He was super pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We weren’t there long, but breakfast smelled amazing even though we didn’t have time to stay and eat. Overall, a great experience during a tough trip.

    My husband and I have not stayed at the hotel but we come for breakfast on Sunday mornings. The food is always good, the prices are great for what you get. I always appreciate how attentive Kirsten is. Margo is great too.

    I utilize this hotel a lot and usually never have issues with them however, I woke to an overdraft in my account this morning due to them double charging me. I had stayed prior and booked another night later. They pre-authorized the charge and instead of them leaving it they went back in and charged me again messing up my account. It takes one pre-authorization that's it. Stop running ppl card for the same amount twice especially if the first authorization already went through. Also when we came in yesterday to our room the ladies downstairs had to redo our beds because the linens were filthy. I am very disappointed because this isn't my first stay but overdrafting my account took the cake Now my account is overdrafted and I am short on money I already paid for a past stay due to their practices. It needs to change. I am not the first customer to complain and this has been done to me by other Hilton franchises multiple times. If the card doesn't decline stop recharging ppl's cards. It either is a bad practice or they simply don't know what they are doing. One time charges for one time fees that's it, that's all. Stop rerunning my card and redoing charges. When I pay you and check out I expect my bill to be cleared and not come back to an additional charge due to your bad practices 2 days later. I shouldn't need a refund or wait for anything to clear because it should have never been done the way you are doing it. I spent the whole afternoon trying to figure out alternative ways to pay them because they overdrafted my account. Very frustrated and annoyed. Please stop.. from an old charge that should have been cleared already and not still in my account. There shouldn't be two authorizations in my account for the same stay already paid for and it's not the banks fault it's your practice of double running charges on ppl's cards.This whole experience was horrible
