  Borough hotel within such a dangerous location do they sure do make it difficult to be pleased with the service. Tell me why even though Hilton has a no violation policy of a DND sign are they walking into a room that I've rented without knocking? Also tell me why it is that I have to pay $50 for a deposit their but the Hampton inn on the other side of town charges ten? But what can you do pretty much all the hotels down there are garbage. The sad thing is is that I work for Hilton and I was significantly disappointed with this hotel.

  Had to give one star, due to google format, but really giving this dump of a hotel 0 stars!!! The manager and her staff are dishonest and extremely rude! The lobby is disgusting and had ripped and dirty furniture and portable folding tables with stained plastic on top! I am shocked that the Hilton Hotel brand allows for this hotel to be under their name, way below standards for any Hilton hotel!! Don’t waste your time and consider booking or staying at this location!!

  The hotel and rooms smell old and dated. Breakfast area is poor at best. Guest bathroom is out of service. We are traveling and it us fairly late so we made reservations online. If had not made the reservation we would have walked away to look for something else. We always stay with hilton properties but this is by far the worst property we have stayed at. The owners should be embarrassed .

  Arrived late on September 9th after starting from Warren, PA that day. Front desk attendant was very pleasant and check in was quick. Walking into room found the light on which was unusual, carpet was old and rather worn. As always, inspected the bed and mattress for cleanliness and found red specks. Bed sheets were thin and yellowish. Walked into bathroom and switched light on to find bathtub full of bugs. After using a piece of tissue to pick one up for inspection, found its legs were still moving. Immediately gathered my party and luggage and left the room and told the front desk attendant what I had found, we wouldn't be staying and I would be expecting a full refund. She said she would have to wait for her manager to do this in the morning and I said fine and to have her call me with any questions. As it was already after 10pm, this left no options for finding another room and we found ourselves driving through the night to home in western South Dakota. After three days and not hearing from hotel manager OR seeing a refund on my credit card account, I called and asked to speak to either the front desk manager or the hotel manager. Was told neither were there. I asked that a message be left to have either/or call me. Once I gave my name and my reason for calling, the hotel associate on the phone recognized the situation and said after my party walked out on the 9th, the front desk attendant went to the room and said she didn't find any bed bugs. Then asked me if I had taken any pictures to which I responded "No". My only thought was to get my family and our luggage out of that room before we left with more than we had arrived. To date, still have not received a call from the hotel manager. Having worked many years for a prestigious hospitality management company with a reputation for creating meticulous guest experiences , I can not understand such unprofessional lack of consideration from hotel management. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel!

  DO NOT STAY HERE! I came for 3 nights rooms are extremely small and area is not great. Water pressure in my bathroom was light I could overlook these thing but the last straw was Saturday evening when I returned from a long day all I wanted to do was sit back drink a beer or two and watch TV. SUPRISE TV & internet completely out!! ALL FREAKING NIGHT!!! I was told I could get $20 back really $20!!!! Absolutely not this is unacceptable! I lived Hampton Inn but this one was more like a Motel 6 I should have stayed across the street at Fairfield Inn . I definitely will NOT be back ever . Leslie
