There is a train right next to this hotel causes you to wake up a few times a night after it blows its whistle. Also my first rooms air conditioner never worked. I did get a new room but they are older rooms.

We were very pleased with our two night stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean with terrific city views! Staff interactions were excellent. Brady and the woman at the desk midweek were super. 350 on First is a hidden CR gem, with fabulous 16th floor views and good cocktails. We will return here on our next visit to town.

Being awoken in the middle of the night by a loud train crossing signal that went on for over an hour and then a training whistle for an additional 40mins is shocking. Having that happen multiple times in one night creates exhaustion and resentment. A warning and enough ear plugs in the room would have been nice. We will never stay here again.
