I love that Avids have the sparkling water and fresh coffee available 24/7. I accidentally left a bottle of wine in my room (stored it inside because it's been freezing outside) and only remembered after checking out. I called them and they were great about holding it until I came back in town. 10/10 would recommend. BTW, if anyone else is also using concur to book-- this is at least a 3 star hotel, not a 2 it says on the app.
