Stays very busy, noisy and has a lot of events full of people. Location is more in the industrial area than in town, roads are rough and trucks going through can slow you down. Google Maps has it across the street and it’s been reported several times. Rooms are pretty standard, doors are heavy, mini fridge doesn’t get very cold and parking can be difficult at times. Questionable charges on menu items, literally ordered the same drink and changed more the next day? Burgers are gross, taste like cheap frozen patties and don’t recommend.

The staff was very accommodating when I asked to be reassigned to a different room, and they handled it with professionalism and kindness. The lobby itself is absolutely amazing—beautiful, welcoming, and definitely gives a great first impression. That being said, I was disappointed to learn that there isn’t a free breakfast option. I was also surprised that while the lobby left me in awe, the room did not quite match that same “wow factor.” It wasn’t horrible by any means, but there were noticeable tears in the carpet, and the air conditioner was set at 74°, which made the room feel less comfortable at first. Overall, I appreciated the excellent staff and stunning lobby, but I wish the rooms lived up to the same standard.
