    Wind noise through windows is horrible. Staff allowed loud guests on all floors. Instead of asking them to be quiet, they moved me from top floor to second floor so I could hear people stomping around above me. May just quit IHG. Cheap hotel chain.

    The staff was friendly and the property overall was very clean. However, my room’s fridge didn’t work, and only one of the two elevators was operational during my stay. Since the hotel is close to the airport and gets a lot of traffic, this sometimes meant waiting up to five minutes for the elevator. Another thing to note is that there aren’t many restaurants close by, so you may have to drive a bit for food options. Aside from those issues, it was a solid stay, and I would stay here again.

    Be aware of the $11 "AMENITY FEE" this hotel charges you on top of whatever you paid for your room. They're very sneaky about it. They tell you it's for incidental but they charge you this amount. It's small amount but they way they're doing it's not good.
