  Nice place, clean, not outdated. Staff was friendly. Only thing we didn't like was that the had entry /exit doors left open by using big rocks. That's not safe, at all. I just kicked it out anytime we went through.. no one was around making trips in and out to make a valid reason for it to be propped. open. Oh and one elevator always had a really strong smell of pot. Otherwise, like I said, nice place and would stay there again.

  Amazing location to the Omaha airport 7 min Lyft and they offer free shuttle to the airport amazing staff very friendly and kind also they have an amazing fresh hot breakfast with many options from 6am to 10am I’d definitely stay again if planes get delayed

  Rating 2 stars because they really try with the room cleanliness. Except when removing the plastic liner from our singular trash can it smelled like vomit, so I guess it can’t be THAT clean. Safety is abhorrent. They provided my mom with a room key without checking any kind of identification and they re-validated my key when I simply gave them a room number. No questions, no verification of ID, nothing. This hotel is a LIABILITY and if the management can’t recognize that, they’re in for a big surprise when a major crime occurs here. There was someone who appeared to be unhoused sleeping in the breakfast area upon checkout around 4am. I wonder how they entered the hotel without staff noticing with an allegedly secured entry after a certain time of night. The location is great and includes a shuttle to the airport. Besides that I wouldn’t stay here again. The front desk staff was hardly ever present during our 2 day stay, instead the image posted was despite them seeing patrons standing at the desk via security cameras from their back office where they hid. Most all of the staff was too busy outside smoking or hiding for service. No bars of soap available in the rooms, found some by searching around the snack bar. The snack bar itself isn’t restocked, they just set out boxes of soda and cases of water without bothering to put away. There is no offer of your diamond status snack or drink upon checkin, however, like I stated previously they didn’t even bother to verify ID if occupants of the hotel room upon checkin so this shouldn’t be surprising. Owners are so cheap they have a peloton bike in the gym…with NO subscription and only clip-in pedals available so if you didn’t bring your OWN cycling shoes and if you actually wanted to take a peloton ride…too bad. Pictured is the startup screen asking for subscription information. No microwaves in the rooms, they have a microwave down in the snack area that was disgustingly dirty, pictured. Overall would never, ever recommend. UNSAFE at the end of the day.

  Smell of weed as soon as you got off the elevator…even in non smoking sections. No towels in the pool area. Rooms were clean for the most part however not enough towels for a family of 4. Good for a quick stay…wouldn’t recommend for more than a quick night stay.
