Water does not get warm/hot. Wifi does not work, bathroom door doesn’t stay shut. We asked for the first floor since the elevator doesn’t work, but they said they could not put us on the first floor because they’re all booked, but there’s only two cars in the parking lot. the guy working the front desk had his five kids running around in the back and a younger child up front with him crawling around and sitting on the counter. The guy kept leaving the front desk to mess with the kids in the back. Absolutely terrible

A sign on the front desk had a phone number to call. Front desk employee was in the laundry room down the hall. He was also the parent to the child. Front desk employee had on ripped jeans and was in desperate need of a hair cut. Went down to lobby later to ask for coffee and cups as none in the room. Once again sign at the front desk. Absolutely no professionalism. The room was fairly clean and breakfast was good.
