    Smell of weed as soon as you got off the elevator…even in non smoking sections. No towels in the pool area. Rooms were clean for the most part however not enough towels for a family of 4. Good for a quick stay…wouldn’t recommend for more than a quick night stay.

    Yay Elevators work again! So far I’m enjoying my stay. The guy and lady who are mostly here are super nice and cool! We always say good morning to each other, the housekeeper is super sweet too, not pushy and cleans your room upon request instead of invading your privacy. It’s quiet and relaxing and that’s all I need. So far 6 days… going great. Just wish the breakfast had more options but I can’t complain.., free food 😋

    The front desk staff were so helpfull. They went above and beyond to help me. I took the. Shuttle to the airport the driver did not know which door United was ,he dropped me off at the wrong location. I am handicapped and could not walk the distance, causing me to almost miss my flight. I arrived 2 hours early. The hotel was clean.i will give it a 5 because the front desk people where amazing.

    Hotel location is great for the airport and the bed was comfortable. We booked an accessible room, but the bathroom was missing a really important grab bar to get in and out of the tub. That didn’t feel safe. The sink didn’t have any hand soap, and the hallways could’ve used a vacuum. The tech in the room also wasn’t set up. The digital key wasn’t available in the app, so we had to go to the desk anyway. The TV wasn’t configured and the cable kept showing a pop-up across the top of the screen every minute, which made it pretty annoying to watch anything. Staff was friendly, but the room just felt unfinished. Might stay again, might not. There are other hotels in the area that might be more put-together.

    Will definitely not stay here again. The elevators were broke, which by reading other reviews, sounds like an ongoing problem! Our key was coded correctly so we couldn't get in the side door. Had to walk around to the front door in the extremely cold weather and wait for someone to open the door and recode our key. Then haul all our luggage up to 2nd floor. No compensation just a little "sorry about that" . No bar of soap. The room was ok but once again in the morning had to haul all our luggage back down the steps. I feel sorry for any elderly person who has to haul their luggage up and down the stairs!
