Close to chi health center arena and downtown Omaha and eppley airfield. Restaurant and gas station right across the street. Service was good, continental breakfast provided, fairly priced.

A great place to stay - close to the airport and downtown, with a prompt shuttle and excellent staff. Good for an overnight or several days with easy access to the river and Old Market
Sheets were cleaned but were stained and should not have been used again. They did change the sheets in the day but the second bed also had stains and they made us change the sheets. Horrible house keeping. The most important thing they should be sure to get right is clean sheers without staines

I booked a room through the Park and Fly program for January 24, 2026 at the Best Western Plus near the Omaha airport. The booking allows you to stay the night before your departure, park your vehicle in the lighted parking lot for the duration of your travel, and stay another night upon returning to Omaha. An airport shuttle is provided. This was super convenient for me since my plane didn’t get back until after 9:00 pm and I didn’t want to drive back home at night. The rooms have been recently updated, including TV, microwave, refrigerator and desk. Everything was neat and clean, and the mattress and pillows were new, I believe. A breakfast buffet is provided with hot and cold options. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will stay here again.
Stayed in December, 2025. Starting off with the positives: Hotel has a good location close to the airport. There is a convenience store/gas station nearby within walking distance. Price was reasonable. However I had issues with the room, which matters the most. No hot water in shower. Didn’t know this until early morning. I had a very early flight and needed to shower and get to the airport. Shower water would not get hot or even warm. It was 4:20 am, and I didn’t have time to call front desk, complain, and have them move me to another room to shower. I had to get going. So I took a quick cold shower. It was brutal ! Before leaving hotel, as I waited in lobby for my transportation to arrive, I told the man working at the front desk about having no hot water in the shower. He asked if I had the water on long enough? I said of course I had the water on long enough and ended up showering in the cold water. He stated he’ll tell maintenance. That’s it. That’s all he said. A smaller issue is that there were no USB ports in the room. Guests need to be sure to bring their own USB charging blocks if they want to plug in their devices. Even near the nightstand by the bed, I had to pull the nightstand out away from the wall to reach the outlet to plug in my charging block and iPhone. I stayed on the 3rd floor I believe. A positive note to end with, is that when I "checked in" to the hotel the night before, the lady working was very nice and friendly.
