    I didn't put anything for service, because we didn't stay here, just visiting with people who were. Rooms were large and appeared very new.

    We are Hilton Honors members and we are Hilton Grand Vacation owners. We were disappointed in this hotel as well. We are staying here for 9 nights as we are here for the National Senior Games. There are no shelves in the shower and the shower itself should be scrubbed and cleaned. We did laundry this morning, the washer machine needs to be cleaned. The breakfast has soggy scrambled eggs and no bananas. We are using 150,000 points and paying over $1,000.00. This hotel definitely needs some upgrading. On the good side, everyone here has been very nice and accommodating. They do housekeeping every other day, we have had this once so far, they did not take the trash and did not clean the bathroom sink. They did leave fresh towels and made the bed.
