  We wanted to update our review unfortunately could not do that so we are doing a new one. We had the pleasure of staying here Nov 21. Ramona helped us with all of our questions and went above to help us even get our room ready for Nov 29th which we had to cancel due to weather. When we canceled we knew we would be charged but we had put the statement that we felt it was not right that statement was meant for corporate. In no way was it directed to this location or the staff because this location and staff have always been amazing. On our long drive back to Indiana yesterday we received a call from Mr Keenan called and was so kind and stated we would not be charged due to the weather and even told us to be safe traveling back home. This is the reason we only stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel and so wish Sioux City would get one.

  Perfect location for activities and food options! Also, the hotel is wonderful and has space for large groups.

  it's about a 10 minute walk to anything in the district extremely clean amazing breakfast

  The rooms are nice and clean but the AC which is a unit under the window is extremely loud. It also shuts off in the middle of the night. I have stayed here twice in different rooms and could not sleep because it would get so hot. The window doesn’t open so you can’t get relief there. I believe it is motion sensing so at night it shuts off if you don’t move. Unfortunate as this hotel would be nice otherwise, but literally cannot sleep so can’t stay here anymore
