The general manager was on duty and was so kind and accommodating. She worked with hotels.com to resolve the issue. The hotel is clean and really nice! I cannot recommend this place enough!! Grateful for the fantastic service!

I slept in my car instead of the room and the manager refuses to refund me from the night I slept in my car saying there is “no bed bugs” Pathetic. Never had worse customer service from any place in the country. The manager also refuses to even talk to me on the phone. Pathetic. Do not book here the place is disgusting.

No change after a few hours. I was moved to the next room. The room temperature was 76. Thermostat setting change did nothing. Refrigerator blowing hot air. 3:30 am at the front desk. No receptionist in sight. Called the front desk. Receptionist comes from outside. Offered a different room. I declined. I’m tired. I’ll try again in the morning.
