  The building was struck by lightning in October 2025. It blew out many TVs, cable boxes, and the fire alarm system. I visited that weekend. Never knew that upon arrival. Never knew that coming up ahead of time. Had I known I would have booked it a different hotel for safety reasons. No fire alarms in a hotel? No thanks. I book again months later. February 2026. Still without working TVs in every room. Some don't even have both TVs that you see in the images (see photo for art coverup) and expect when you book(and pay for) a room. Staff unsure which rooms are affected and which ones aren't. How can you not know 4 months later? Where is the inventory where is the quality control? Who's doing the room inspections? I had to move four rooms before I just ended up dealing with it because it still wasn't right. You might be thinking so what if your TV doesn't work Big deal. Well after coming back from a long day and you want to relax it is a big deal. So you can just stream right? Maybe. But you have to go through the hassle of logging into their Wi-Fi, logging into your provider, and hoping it cast correctly to their television. Way too much work when you just want to relax.

  The room was clean and spacious. It looks like the TV in the living room was broken and replaced with a picture. The refrigerator was so loud it made it hard to sleep. It sounded like an electric lawn mower. They have double charged me for my room. Instead of calling me to let me know, they just tried to fix it. All they had to do was call me and tell me and I wouldn't be upset.

  A rat was found running across the kitchen. This was very inconvenient as I had to switch rooms the day before I was going to check out which means I had to move a room full of stuff multiple times. I was told by front desk staff that the general manager stated we would receive a credit for the room. Upon check out no credit was received nor a general manager onsite. Since my stay no GM has made any attempts to reach out. I would not recommend this rat infested hotel to anyone. Furthermore the room has a smell of sewer. Showers are rough. And front desk staff is very unprofessional. I’m also a platinum elite status, so I’ve had my fair share of stays and will take my loyalty elsewhere.

  The management operates with the utmost professionalism and courtesy! The hotel is very nice and well kept, staff is very kind. When I had an issue, the management was incredibly kind and understanding and corrected the issue immediately. Can't recommend this place enough!
