- MMMarcOct 31, 20251.0A rat was found running across the kitchen. This was very inconvenient as I had to switch rooms the day before I was going to check out which means I had to move a room full of stuff multiple times. I was told by front desk staff that the general manager stated we would receive a credit for the room. Upon check out no credit was received nor a general manager onsite. Since my stay no GM has made any attempts to reach out. I would not recommend this rat infested hotel to anyone. Furthermore the room has a smell of sewer. Showers are rough. And front desk staff is very unprofessional. I’m also a platinum elite status, so I’ve had my fair share of stays and will take my loyalty elsewhere.

When I had an issue, the management was incredibly kind and understanding and corrected the issue immediately. Can't recommend this place enough!
- VTVarnika TiwariSep 30, 20251.0Our hotel stay was from September 11th to 13th, during which we had breakfast on both days. The first day's breakfast was impressive, with a fresh and delicious omelette. We skipped the bread that day, though. The next day's breakfast was a letdown, with stale and moldy bread. Initially, my toddler wanted a bagel, but he ended up eating fruit instead. We packed the bagel and took it with us when we checked out. Later that day, when my toddler asked for the bagel, we were shocked to find mold on it. It's unacceptable that the hotel serves moldy food. If we would have missed it, it would’ve caused my toddler severe health issues. It is totally unacceptable to severe stale and moldy food to hotel guests.
