The complimentary breakfast in the morning offered many choices and the entire food service area was clean and 2 people were taking care of keeping everything filled. We requested a room on the top floor away from the elevators which they accommodated without any problem. The pool was clean and filled with warm water. So enjoyable.

Nobody even said hello to me. I even thought I heard one of the women scoff and say “hello…?” as I walked by… almost as if she thought I should have acknowledged her. Almost like a staff member walking in would do. Also, I’m Latina. The hotel never greeted me- not even when I went downstairs in the morning for coffee. I felt INVISIBLE. This stay thank god was 1 day. Thankfully never have to go the Ames for business again. Thankfully it’s not MY money I have to spend on business. I would NEVER spend my money somewhere I don’t feel welcome.
- RWRebecca WingetAug 23, 20254.0Mya checked me in she is great; professional and friendly. There is only one restaurant it is across the street it isn’t greet but ok, it is Mexican. There are 2 gas stations on the corner and it is right off Highway. It is a nice hotel, rooms and lobby are nice.
