- BHBrittany Hammond4 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible hotel. If you want to speak to anyone about your actual reservation, you will be lead down a series of frustrating phone calls. Then, you are finally given the option of talking " virtually" and little help is offered there either. I needed to change my reservation because I was visiting a sick relative, who died before I could get there. I wanted to change my reservation by one night!!!! and all I got was robotic responses. During a time like this, customer service is very important. Best Western and any of their affiliates have lost my business forever.

Best room I’ve had in a long while!! Very quiet and spacious and again staff Linda and Nicole could not have been more helpful. I will DEFINITELY stay again. Thanks for the pleasurable stay.
