  Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the room, but I felt like this hotel’s poor management needed addressed - since that was my only real issue. The parking here isn’t the best, I arrived with a truck and a medium sized trailer and had to parallel park on the side of the lot to keep out of the way. Some extra parking and an additional entrance/exit could really go a long ways here. As for the service, the woman who ‘greeted’ me was not friendly at all. I walked in and said hello, and I got nothing back but a stare. I said I needed to check in, she handed me a key and that was about that. Zero communication and giving me strange looks as if I’m an issue. When I go to check out, there’s no one at the front desk but I can see two women talking outside. Unsure if they work there or not, I stand there until I get some help. 15 minutes goes by (zero exaggeration), and the two women decide to come back inside and it turns out they DO work there. Glad I wasn’t in a hurry. At least this time they were friendly, I’ll give them that. The place was also extremely quiet, so that was nice, but I had to worry about accidentally dropping my TV remote and shower accessories - lol.

  Stayed here for two nights with my husband and 2 yr old. The staff was friendly, the establishment was clean, and the beds were SO comfortable. Brookstone is very close to Walmart if you need anything. Fort Dodge made for a very peaceful visit. Consider checking out downtown. There isn't a lot going on but there are some fabulous coffee shops and cool old buildings. Would stay again.

  Nice clean place, truck parking in back. No pets allowed so it doesn’t smell like a pet ! Not much out for breakfast. Gravy and hard biscuits. Grabbed a milk out of the fridge, date was good on the carton, it was spoiled milk. Yuk.

  This was a nice quiet place that was willing to accommodate us in something of an emergency. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was pretty standard fare. This will be our first option for any future stays in the area.
