  Old hotel, everything is old and not well maintained. We stayed dring our christmas vacation and they never refill our shower gel. Breakfast was included but very poor. The pool area is very disappointing, nothing like on the images. Would not recommend to anyone, if you want an enjoyable stay I would recommend Sheraton Princess Hotel, same price much better location, new hotel with bar and pool which exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Sheraton the first half of our vacation and move to Waikiki Resort which was very wrong decision.

  Make sure you book directly with hotel to get the free breakfast, even with the $400 + we paid in resort fees did not cover a free breakfast, outside of that I loved the location, our room was cleaned daily, fresh bed , towels it was nice to come back to after a day of adventures for 7 days, hotel staff were all very nice, the lady I think her name was Lei at the ilama cafe we ate breakfast at every morning was the kindest person and the food was was fresh and good, I would stay here again I love everything about Hawaii so we had a great trip 🌺

  This hotel is very old and having outdated furniture and carpet. But good part is the room we selected has small kitchen which is not available in most hotels . Kitchen help to reduce food costs for family because restaurants are super expensive. The hotel has water filter so we could save some money from buying water . Location in middle of city but you can easily walk to beach . I would give 5 star if they remodel hotel with new carpet, furniture.

  Not recommend this hotel at all, the worst hotel that I've ever lived. The staff who helped us check in was really impatient and rude. I was just trying to double confirm how to use the parking ticket for getting in, and he gave me that face and told me "read the instructions and just try it" without showing me how to do it ever. The hotel parking is expensive, ~$47 PRR NIGHT, and the parking spaces are very limited and compact. The facilities in the room is so old, and I've never seen a hotel which does not provide toothpaste at all even when we checked with the front desk. The location is good, near Waikiki, good restaurants, and shopping centers. That's the only good part that I can think of. Again, you definitely have better choices near Waikiki.

  Great hotel! Super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Rooms are nice and always kept clean. The light breakfast buffet has a good selection for everyone and the staff working there are great. Have stayed here before and will definitely come back again. Mahalo to everyone who works here
