    We have stayed here before and loved it; however, we booked a stay this year and had to cancel it. We emailed them 6 months in advance about cancellation, and then got 2 emails the week that the booking was meant to be with check in information. I emailed them back twice and called and left a voicemail letting them know we would not be attending, to which I still got no answer. I was then charged for the entire stay!!!! That sent my credit card into overdraft (so even more fees for us). I have emailed them again and left another voicemail. So now I've tried calling them a total of 7 times and emailed them 4 times and so far still no answer. I am very unhappy with this level of customer service. I will continue contacting them until I get my full refund.

    My wife and I visited from a neighbor island and were shown true aloha from the moment we made our reservation to the time we checked out. The property is very old school Hawaii and we loved it! The garden area was immaculate and reminded me of my grandparent's garden:) This little gem of a hotel was a welcome change from the typical resort hotel experience, was priced well and had a great location. We will definitely be coming back!

    My family had an amazing time. The Napili Beach was literally a 2 min walk from our hotel room. Dean and Kelly were super friendly and helpful. I booked this place because we have kids and this place had a separate bedroom which was perfect for our kids, who fell asleep before we did. Most other hotels I saw had studio style rooms. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and the staff accommodated our awkward flight schedule with early check-in and late check-out. Thanks Dean!
