  We have stayed here before and loved it; however, we booked a stay this year and had to cancel it. We emailed them 6 months in advance about cancellation, and then got 2 emails the week that the booking was meant to be with check in information. I emailed them back twice and called and left a voicemail letting them know we would not be attending, to which I still got no answer. I was then charged for the entire stay!!!! That sent my credit card into overdraft (so even more fees for us). I have emailed them again and left another voicemail. So now I've tried calling them a total of 7 times and emailed them 4 times and so far still no answer. I am very unhappy with this level of customer service. I will continue contacting them until I get my full refund.

  They need to hire new property managers and whoever is running it now needs to go. It's a total lipstick on a pig place. They have a nice pool and grounds, and furnishings , but the whole place needs to be redone from the inside out. The hotel management doesn't seem to care about offering clean bathrooms as the one we stayed in had mold in it and the tile was so worn down that a KOA campground would have been cleaner than what we got. The carpets smell really bad and mildewy, the stove is original and is rusting , the beds are super stiff. Management is not interested in taking action or true accountability and lightly cared about the condition of the room when it was addressed to them. The only thing going for it is its closeness to the beach and the pool. It has a lot of potential but the owners/management don't seem to care. Oh and the hotel front desk people leave about an hour after check-in so if you have issues with your room, you have to wait till the next day when they return. Oh and if you have an issue with your room, front desk staff leaves an hour after check-in. It’s the kind of place that probably has bed bugs , glad we didn’t stay long.

  I loved it! Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Private and nice! The beach is walking distance and they provide you with beach chairs, nice pool, places to eat walking distance, best coffee shop in Maui 5 min driving. Room big and has a balcony. It was just perfect! Thank you Napili Village for a wonderful staying :)

  Just checked in and I’m shocked with how bad the toilet is… overall unit is very old. I have never seen such horrible toilet in my whole life.. i will talk to the reception tomorrow. Please take your money else where- i wish i did the same. I’m surprised nobody has mentioned how old and outdated the unit is!

  We like this place. Been coming here as a family for decades. It’s just off the beach, but you can walk there in about 2 minutes easily. The rooms are casual and have full kitchens with utensils, plates, mugs, steak knives etc.. The pool is always well kept and hardly used, leaving it available for anyone to use.
