  I had an amazing stay at this property! I loved the location and the condo unit and the pools and outdoor grilling space.

  Unit 18C is extremely noisy – do not book it. It is located right next to a busy road, with only a small strip of bushes separating it from traffic, which feels unsafe for children. The traffic noise is constant, so it’s impossible to relax on the balcony. The map location is incorrect — the unit is right next to the road. Also, behind the wall next to the bed there is an electrical panel, and you can hear a continuous knocking/ticking sound (every second), like someone tapping on the wall. Sleeping is very difficult. We asked management to move us to another unit and even offered to pay extra, because their website showed other units available. They refused and told us to buy earplugs and cover our ears. If you are looking for a quiet vacation, avoid Unit 18C.

  Significant Noise Issues and No Meaningful Resolution Our stay at Wailea Ekahi Village was significantly impacted by ongoing noise disturbances that made it very difficult to rest properly. The level and consistency of the noise were not minor inconveniences, but conditions that materially affected sleep and overall comfort throughout the stay. We reported the issue and submitted clear documentation, including photographs and video recordings, to substantiate the situation. Despite this, no meaningful resolution was provided. The reimbursement request was declined without explanation of what standards were applied or how the documented evidence was evaluated. A formal escalation request was submitted for managerial review. That final communication received no response. The most concerning aspect of this experience was not just the noise itself, but the lack of transparency and follow-up after documented concerns were raised. For a property operating at this price point and through a trusted booking channel, guests reasonably expect both a restful environment and accountable customer support when issues arise. Based on our experience, both were lacking.

  These individually owned condo complex is truly awesome. We've been coming here for 7 years. Walk to the best beach. Great place.
