- FFFritz FeltnerOct 11, 20215.0Direct oceanfront condo complex, all rooms have a full, unobstructed, straight-on ocean view. No peaking around the corner or off to the side l to catch it. Nice lush lawn with palm trees is the only thing between you and the magnificent South Pacific ocean. Sunsets are right there on your lanai. It's an older complex but well maintained, and many of the units have been completely remodeled and include air conditioning. Elevator, washer/dryer in the unit, floor to ceiling glass along the entire ocean facing side of your unit. Located in Kihei, very central and near beaches, restaurants, shopping, and under 15 minutes to the airport. Great place!
