The long line for the free drinks was ridiculous. They knew a cruise ship of people was going to be there and they only had 2 bartenders. Food was just ok, it felt like at one time this was a great place and now they're just hanging on. The performers were fun to watch but the older woman announcing and singing should retire. I can now say I've been to a lual but no interest in going again 😕

We thoroughly appreciated the entire experience, including the dancers doing hair flower arrangements, and tattoos. The performances were outstanding, and the venue was both beautiful and well-maintained. Additionally, the food was good.
However, there were aspects we found less enjoyable. The information regarding the schedule was only provided at the beginning when attendance was low, leading to some guests missing it. More comprehensive information should be made available, particularly concerning the closing times for drinks and food. Furthermore, it would be beneficial for the souvenir store to remain open after the show concludes for last-minute shopping.

We went there for our 25th anniversary. It was different but nostalgic. I would say it seemed more commercialized then last time. Then again it wad 25 years ago so.... don't take the bus from Waikiki, Robert's Transportation. We were over 45 minutes late. But they held the show for us to get there. Great performers.

We purchased a package through our hotel and had a charter bus take us to the Luau. Due to traffic we were the last bus to arrive so check in was easy and hassle free. The entertainment on the bus and at the Luau was great! My daughter was part of the group of kids that went up on stage. The beautiful views of the ocean and sunset added to the atmosphere. The dancing representative of each of the islands was very interesting. Talking with our table-mates, this luau was more laid back than the other they went to the day before. A great time to finish our vacation.

Went to your Luau about 20 years ago. Thought it was amazing and it stuck with me as a good memory, so much that I always recommended it to anyone going to Oahu. Went again for the first time this past weekend and it did not hold up, at all.
To begin with, it's SUPER far. There are so many other Luau options in town at almost every resort. To go to Hawaii, your changing time zones and they start really late, so by the time you actually eat, you're already tired.
I remember the performers being really good. The woman were attractive and danced well and the men really looked the part. This time, the woman were still mostly attractive but their dancing and performance did not sync. As for the men, there were only two and they did not fit the mold, AT ALL.
The hardest part, and what really made me just want the show to end was the irritating voice of the woman hosting the Luau. She sounded like a low budget DJ from a nudy bar. It was very cheesy and hard to bear.
Lastly, as I said, it's been about 20 years since I last went here and the place absolutely looks like 20 years has passed. It doesn't appear like they have upgraded or replaced anything. There was a lot of duct tape on things, loose boards and general appearance of disrepair.
My final thought is, the food is pretty much on par with any ofter Luau you might consider. The performance and performers couldn't be any worse and the venue is likely either as good or in better condition. Save yourself the time and drive and go to a Luau in town. The price for this one isn't worth the time or money. At least not anymore.
