My favorite hotel of all time. Amazing setting in Ko Olina right on the beach. Rooms have an amazing view that makes it hard to leave the lanai. Top tier service as expected from Four Seasons. Exceptional call out to Chad at Waterman’s bar - he is one of the friendliest people and so kind, all while making great drinks. Pool was absolutely perfect temperature and has such a gorgeous view. The beach is beautiful and has amazing service. Restaurants are delicious, views are one of a kind, and the staff really makes you feel like family. Definitely our favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. Can’t wait to be back!

Overall experience was subpar compared to four seasons Costa Rica. Staff was not as attentive and overall food was not amazing. And no cold plunge in the spa but the steam room was really nice.
This should be more of a 4 star hotel overall it was bad but just not to the level of standard you get at four seasons Costa Rica.
But I think that about my entire experience on Honolulu. Probably wouldn’t come back to this island unless I had too.

This four seasons gets a 9/10. I think it’s a great hotel, but not quite up to typical four seasons standards in my experience.
The main spaces in the hotel are pretty good, although could be better and it’s not as high end of a feel as other four seasons. Honestly, it feels pretty dated.
The rooms were awesome. We stayed in an oceanfront studio suite and the views were amazing, the room was very spacious and quiet and the housekeeping staff were awesome.
The pools were good overall, but the adult pool was the better pool experience by far.
The service was a bit mixed, which is unusual for a Four Seasons in my experience. The guys at the entrance were usually friendly, the poolside service was awesome 2/3 days, the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet probably hadn’t had his coffee yet when we were there.
The restaurants were otherwise all amazing in both service and food quality. I would say the restaurants were definitely up to four seasons standards.
The location is good. You have easy access to beaches and 4 lagoons that are easy to swim in. The “secret” beach is close. The drive from the airport isn’t terrible.
The one bad thing about the location is the proximity to the Disney hotel. 99% of the time it doesn’t matter, but sometimes they have really loud concerts at Disney and it definitely can be heard clearly at the pools. That may or may not bother you, but just FYI.
Overall, I would definitely come back, but I hope they can up their game a bit next time.

First stay (5 nights) at a Four Seasons and am underwhelmed. Location feels very suburban and Disney-fied. Hotel facilities are dated - land-line phones and handsets from the 80s and 90s all over the place! Spacious room, comfy beds and gorgeous views were the saving grace. Everything else did not merit the extreme high price points. Never ever thought I had to be wait listed to get a lounge chair by the pool at a FS. Service at restaurants was uneven - staff seemed overworked.

We checked into this whole for 4 nights before heading to Maui for seasons, the hotel is not up to four seasons standard at all. Rooms are very basic. Pool service was not good at all. The lagoon and beach area is fun for the kids and water is nice and calm. The overall hotel itself used to be a jw Marriot and it shows. There is no cocktail bar to grab drinks after dinner. It was superbowl when we were there and they had a crappy set up at n an upstairs non operating bar with one tv for all of us. You would think they would of planned something nice in the hotel bug they did not. The food was not great at any of the restaurants. We paid $120 usd for 2 cheese quesadillas in room service and they were burned. The cleaning people were great our room was cleaned so nice everyday. My daughter really enjoyed the kids club it was big with lots of crafts and activities . If I could re do I would of went to Kona island four seasons first then go to Maui and skip Honolulu all together. If you are from USA you will not feel like you’re on a tropical vacation in Honolulu unless you head to the north shore. We stayed at ritz north shore it was very nice but secluded from everything. Service and rooms were better though. My advice is to skip four seasons Honolulu if you’re expecting the four seasons luxury feel.
