Selten so erlebt.
Die Cocktails sind absurd gut. Kein Hotelstandard, sondern richtig gut gemixt.

This was our first stop during our Hawaii holiday trip, and honestly, it ended up being the best one.
Even though our room was ready a bit later than expected, the hotel handled it beautifully by offering us a credit (around $100), which was very appreciated. More importantly, the staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire stay — truly top-tier service.
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The overall property and infrastructure are excellent, very well maintained, and feel luxurious without being overwhelming. The adults-only pool was fantastic, and the main pool area was equally great — relaxing, well organized, and never felt chaotic.
Food across the resort was consistently delicious, and service everywhere was attentive and warm. Everything felt seamless and thoughtfully managed.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. When I return to Oahu — and I definitely will — this is absolutely where I would stay again. Highly recommended.

Incredible hotel , amazing set up with the kids pool being right by the beach. The kids day club is also an incredible feature to have during this stay. The adult pool was out of this world.

Wow, I definitely think the previous reviews on here were paid for or influencers who got a free night.
Disappointed is a understatement. I have stayed at multiple four seasons and let me tell you this location in Ko Olina O’ahu did not feel like a four seasons resort at all.
First thing upon arrival ready to check in at 3pm and we were told our room would be ready at 4pm. Mind you I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old. I was patient, I then went to check in and was told that our room would be ready 6-7pm all at the mercy of the previous guest. My kids were exhausted jut having to wait another 3-4 more hours to get into a room after a 5 hour flight.
If you are a parent to small children or a parent in general you know how cranky kids can get.
No one came looking for us apologizing for the room delay or even informing us about the delay. We had to go look and complain which we don’t like to do cause generally we are not complicated people.
I ask to speak to the manager. Spoke to the assistant manager who did the best he could.
Buckle up, because after paying almost 20k for one week. I have all right to be upset. The beach is dirty multiple band aids and plastic in the water, food around the sand from previous guest who had eaten and did not pick up, beach is shared with a Disney resort who basically take up the whole beach area, bathroom in the room got suck toilet did not flush, sinks would clog up the water would just sit there, 3k a night but no small dining table in the room is crazy. Trust me I’m not a cheap person just reasonable on what’s worth 3k a night, no tour on the resort upon arrival, just figure it out.
Employees were semi nice. Meaning you will run into some who did not look happy to have us around. I get it end of year crowd. News years eve etc. but still 3k a night. Having stayed at other four seasons I expected way more.
Let’s not forget they cleaned our room so fast, found an old fake nail in there by my bed, the iPad kept breaking down. Overall the room just stank.
Please save your money and do your research before booking not all four seasons are the same.

Exceptional stay — truly what a Four Seasons should be
Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless, calm, and incredibly well thought out.
We stayed in an ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and a perfectly framed view of the water set the tone for the entire trip. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — luxurious without feeling stiff, and incredibly comfortable.
What truly impressed us was the attention to detail, especially traveling with our baby. The team went above and beyond — thoughtful baby bath items, a sweet turtle toy waiting for him, and small touches that made it clear they genuinely care about families, not just accommodate them. It made traveling with an infant feel easy and stress-free, which is rare and deeply appreciated.
The amenities are exceptional. Valet service was seamless and friendly every time. The breakfast buffet was excellent — high quality, fresh, and relaxing rather than chaotic. Having 24-hour room service was a game-changer with a baby, and the food quality was consistently top-tier no matter the hour.
The entire resort feels peaceful, polished, and welcoming. Every interaction — from housekeeping to valet to dining — felt warm and personal, not scripted. It’s the kind of place where you actually relax, rather than feel like you’re just passing through a luxury hotel.
This stay reminded us why Four Seasons sets the standard. Thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely memorable. We cannot wait to return, and Ko Olina will always be special to us because of this experience. 🌺🌊
