The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.
Akio whom works in the morning buffet area was very kind, kept up with keeping things full. He is a great employee your very fortunate to have him. (Hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly.)

This hotel delivers all that you would expect from a HI. The small fitness centre has good well maintained equipment. The pool looked inviting and had we been staying longer we would have tried it. The room was clean and the furnishings were contemporary. The breakfast was plentiful if lacking in fresh fruit. Staff were nice and would do what ever they could for you.

Rooms are good, pretty standard. However the breakfast... Wow. Best complimentary breakfast I've had in a while!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the free continental breakfast was a nice touch. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal overall. The suite was not entirely clean (multiple stray stands of hair, stains on the couch, etc.), and there was visible mold on the shower doors, which was disappointing. Additionally, we were surprised to find a $15 per night parking fee that wasn’t disclosed upfront. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and transparency, this could be a much better stay.
