Located not too far from the main area, their handicap parking is super close to the entrance, check in was easy and I was able to add to my IHG account. It’s the only hotel in Kona that comes with complimentary breakfast, it can get busy but our room was on the first floor so it was so easy to go back and forth. Continental with a good amount of options to start your day. The room is huge with 2 queen beds and even a pull out couch. Comes with a hotel room, coffee maker, sink, and microwave. AC works well and very spacious for a large family and so close to walk by shops and easy to get in and out. Made it very easy to gf around and check in and check out was really easy. WiFi worked, small gym, and a pool.
