  I had the most wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hualalai. The resort itself feels exclusive, and I felt safe even while walking late at night to nearby resort (Rosewood) for food. The rooms are large, and the cleaning service was immaculate. When we had issues with the fridge, the concierge was very attentive, listened to our concerns, and made efforts to change it. The food was good. There’s not a ton of options for breakfast but each option was delicious and I could see that they made an effort to include everything from Mediterranean to Japanese. I personally loved the food at the resort restaurants such as Ulu, as well as poolside bar. Highly recommend the Ube pina colada. Speaking of pools, there are many options to choose from and each place has different vibes, but they all had excellent service. We did snorkel at the King’s pond and were able to see the many fish & ray it had. I felt most fortunate. I am personally huge fan of the brand Four Seasons, and once again I am impressed. I would definitely choose this brand again, and would love to come again to Hualālai despite the price haha.

  We had brunch and stayed playing at the beach for the day and then had dinner there as well. It’s a five star hotel. The beach is beautiful and you can snorkel and see fishes. No complaints. I would come back and stay there on my next vacation.

  The property itself is beautiful and very spread out. Incredible stargazing right at the resort. Rooms are ok- somewhat dated in my opinion. Self service laundry and Dyson hair dryer were a nice touch. Food was great. All staff were very friendly and kind, however the concierge was of the worst we’ve experienced at any five star hotel (we’ve stayed at many around the world). King’s Pond was a really unique experience and so much fun for kids. This hotel appeared to attract a much older crowd, very few families. Was our first time traveling to Hawaii and while there was lots to explore, the Big Island was not exactly what we were expecting, so we ended up extending our trip so we could take a quick flight over to Maui and stay at the Four Seasons there which was night and day better in every single way; much more lively, exceptional concierge, many more families, better beach.

  From the moment we got off the plane to the moment we left it was such a 5 star experience. I am writing this review a bit late. We went in May 2025 with my husband and my 9 month old at the time. The restaurants they have there are superb. The rooms were very clean and had a beautiful outdoor shower. The service was great anything we asked for they provided and came right away. It was so amazing that we booked another trip this year in May to do it all over again!!
