  ロイヤルクヒオは2度目の利用ですが、前回に比べて、今回は残念なことが2つありました。一つ目は停電、チェックインした日は部屋の電気がまったく使えず真っ暗な部屋で過ごしました。チェックインの時に説明が無く、とても不誠実に感じました。天候やハワイ電気の問題だと聞きましたが、周囲の店舗やホテルには影響無さそうで、設備の保守の問題だと思います。2つ目はゴキブリ多発です。停電や工事の影響なのかもしれませんが、あちらこちらにゴキブリが出て安心して眠れませんでした。立地は良く、駐車場もあって良い面も多いですが、今回はとても残念でした。

  Great place to stay. It is only a few blocks away from the beach. I am a Vacation International owner and I enjoy vacationing on Oahu.

  There are actual residents living here, and random people renting out rooms or suites, so every renter basically gets a different experience—and most of them aren’t good. When something goes wrong, you’re forced to contact the person you’re renting from, even though their own guides tell you to talk to security. And let me tell you, security is completely useless. Our room was wide open when we arrived—unlocked, exposed, anyone could’ve walked in. The parking spot we paid for was taken. When we asked security for help, they shrugged it off and literally told us it wasn’t their job. They refused to check the open room because, and I quote, “it puts their life in danger” and “it’s not their job.” According to them, their only responsibility is to “keep the bums out of the lobby” and to kick people out if they’re not staying there. That’s it. No safety, no customer support, no accountability. Just a building full of renters fending for themselves while security stands around doing nothing.
