Great experience on booking having the option to cancel much closer to the trip day and communicating in a timely fashion. The guide was very knowledgeable about the surroundings and history of every place she took us around. Visiting Pearl Memorial is once in a life time event and a must see when in Hawaii. Wonderful experience with both Viator and tour company.

Unfortunately the last three times using the airport shuttle I’ve had to wait 30 minutes or more for the van to arrive. I can see 15-20 minutes but not 30. My trip was prepaid and now I know why they do that. It locks you in to waiting for however long. The driver said “they’re a busy company” Well I’m busy too.

Don’t have to worry about finding transportation, no worries about parking, no stress about not getting in on the day you want and a bonus is you get to watch the mandatory Hanauma Bay visitor video in your way there- leaving more time for the beach. Would recommend to anyone wanting to check out Hanauma Bay

- CMCarrie McClainDec 26, 20251.0We were happy with our Roberts Hawaii transportation except for the very last booking. It was a pick up to take us to the airport to go home. My husband called the night before to confirm the time and they didn’t mention we needed to be at the curb 10 minutes beforehand. Our ride was at 5 AM and we were literally at the curb at 5:01 AM and they had already left. We called right away and they wouldn’t come back until 5:30 AM and that was too late. We had to call a Lyft ride to get to the airport. We had one tour in Hawaii where they waited for a family from Australia for 25 minutes, but they couldn’t wait one minute for us. They also wouldn’t give us our money back and it was around $50. That last encounter left a bad impression. We were on our honeymoon and I wish that Roberts Hawaii would make it right.
