Great customer service - clean - smallish room yet well appointed but no neighbor noise noted (only hallway talking noticeable) from room on 44 th floor. Even gave us a hanging clothes wire in shower to dry our suits, had a refrigerator and microwave and safe. Lighting was excellent. Did I mention clean!?! Loved the hillside view. Excellent pool deck and exercise use area and even an electronic gaming room for kids of all ages. Laundry cost almost 6 dollars a load- bring your own laundry soap to save some money. Standard hotel fare for breakfast -poor coffee with no real creamer- yet they had gluten free bread on request! Avoid “activities” at a discount which are associated with a WYNDAM time share pitch at the activities desk. Would recommend due to location - we hopped a city bus nearby for $1.25 senior rate

I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn during breakfast. As a Diamond Elite member, I expect a standard of hospitality that was completely missing here. The breakfast area was severely overcrowded with no available seating. When I raised this concern, the staff member, Jessie, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, she told me it was 'my own problem' and that I should have arrived earlier. This is unacceptable service. The hotel needs better capacity management; they collect breakfast cards but clearly do not use that data to monitor or limit the number of people entering the room at once. Blaming a loyal guest for the hotel’s own logistical failures is poor management. I expected much better from IHG.

Diamond member here. Breakfast area was overcrowded with no seats available. When I asked for help, the staff member Jessie told me it was my own problem and that I should have come earlier — very unprofessional. If the hotel collects breakfast vouchers, it should manage capacity accordingly. As a Diamond member, I expected better service and attitude. Disappointing experience.

We are silver elite guests and had our share of IHG hotels. This was a different experience and honestly if it wasn’t for the lack of parking spots I would give a five star. 150 spots for 600 rooms. Breakfast was ok. Need to work on them eggs a bit as they were not the best hotel eggs. Probably the worst. Elevators are different but worked out ok. Great view front eh 28th floor. Get the ocean view.

Solid stay for the price. Amenities we used: -game room (Nintendo, love it!) -laundry room (washer, dryer, detergents, softeners, accepts cash and card) -free breakfast (I am subscribed to the IHG rewards program, not sure if necessary but noting just in case) We got a city view. All the staff was friendly. Breakfast protein changes daily, like one of the days they didn’t have bacon and the eggs were different, we don’t mind only mentioning it for those that do. Parking was easy, I recommend a small car if your holiday allows. This hotel does host lots if families of all ages, so you’ll see a lot of kids. We didn’t hear any during our stay (day or night) so that was good.
