We definitely liked the location and was great for where we wanted to be and centrally located. Easy walking almost anywhere. The room had an amazing view but was smaller than expected based on our last hotel in the area. The parking is not good at all. You pay daily and it's not cheap and there were several days we had to drive up and down in the garage several times to find a spot. Also depending on what floor you are on and parking level you are on it might take a couple elevators to get to your room. The breakfast was blah. We ate out most days.

We were part of the 10% whose flight got rescheduled due to the shutdown last week, Thanks to Sawn we were able to extend our stay by a few hours to compensate for the delayed flight. All I can say is the staff at this Holiday inn location are very kind and accommodating.

We stayed on the 25th floor which is a little weird since there’s no elevator stop there, but the suites are nice, extremely clean and the beds are very comfy. The air conditioning worked really well and our view was beautiful. Everyone we encountered was so very nice, although the timeshare person was very pushy and I wasn’t a fan of that. Otherwise I’d def stay again. 🌺

Very poor service. Manager and front desk lady charged additional fees, even though my reservation clearly stated all fees are covered. Once I paid, it was just blank stares. No “enjoy your stay” or anything. To add, the rooms and bathroom are SO tiny and you feel like you’re in a hospital room. The shower rapidly fluctuates between temperature. The A/C is an old window unit. The fan doesn’t respond to the remote. We found ANTS ON OUR BED and stains on the sheets. This is the 15th floor, how are there ants? Overall this has been an awful poor experience. Trying my best to get a full refund/ cancelation for this horror, but the front desk people are very rude and unhelpful.

It's a decent hotel, especially if you are using IHG Points to to get some free nights in an expensive place to stay. The rooms were clean and they did a good job of freshening them up every day. Parking is $50/day extra, so be prepared to have that expense added on to your trip! Be advised, you may get approached by their timeshare salesman, specifically if you use the bottle filling station. Hopefully if you're smart enough to read Google reviews before booking a room, you're smart enough to know timeshares are a complete ripoff and you will never meet anyone happy they bought a timeshare. The timeshare rep is very friendly until you try to politely walk away, then he is just like any other sleepy used car salesman angry you don't want to help him make his boat payments. For what you're paying, the breakfast is also very meh, compared to other IHG Breakfasts in the mainland us and Canada. Overall, was a decent experience but not without its inconveniences of staying here. The front desk staff were speedy and helpful at check in and helpful with figuring out their parking lot.
