We had to ask for housekeeping to bring toilet paper and refill the toiletries. Overall I would not come back. The location is nice but everything else is sub par.

- SMStew McMannDec 16, 20254.0This hotel is part of the Hilton Hawaiian village in Waikiki. Lots of rooms/towers of Hilton brand hotels including the HGVC. The parking area and drive to get to the lobby by car are a little confusing, but the lobby is nice and the staff welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice with a view from the balcony of the ocean for sunset and the mountains to the east to watch the rain. The room was clean with a well stocked kitchen along with a good size bathroom and comfortable bed. The living area also has a fold out couch for parties more than 2. I liked the hotel, and the only things I didn't care for were that the provided shampoo, etc. had coconut which I am allergic. The front desk had no other options for allergies, so I was on my own to find other body wash and shampoo. I had been years since I'd been to Waikiki, but it just seems a little grubby in the Hilton Village area of Waikiki. It was nice we were close to the ocean and there is a walkway along the ocean for morning walks and beach access. I would stay at the Hilton again on another visit to Hawaii
