Old hotel. If you're gonna stay in Hawaii, stay someplace better. This was in the hallway for 2 days at least. Bar small, poo small but at least it's by the ocean.

Horrible experience . First night woken at 12:45 after long travel day for possible water leak. No apologies. Next day nothing in the morning. Midday told via voicemail we need to move rooms. Moved to higher floor, not as nice a room as we had. Given two bottles of waters for our troubles. No we are sorry or other compensation. Oh did I mention we are gold status. Very sad treatment. Would not recommend

It's fine. For the super convenient location. It's pretty good. Good pillows. Keurig with coffee, small fridge that's actually cold. It's right across the street from Target, so you can pick up bottled water, sodas and snacks and save tons of $$. Valet parking is the only choice unless you want to park across the street at the mall. You can take the Waikiki Trolley to get around the area-its a fun ride. Decent budget stay.

I slept better on the 8 hour flight from Japan to Hawaii than I did in this room. The airplane smelled better, too. (The rooms smell like wet feet, which is a sign of mold growth). The airplane food is also better than whatever that fireside grill attached to the hotel is serving, as well. I would give it one star, but the location was nice. If you want to pay top dollar to sleep on uneven, lumpy beds that smell like wet feet, and access a pool that only has stained chairs and loungers--this is the place you want! If you enjoy sleeping, then maybe look somewhere else. Im done being a hilton honors member after this nasty place. Summary: 濡れた足のような臭いがしました。スタッフは気にしていませんでした。ベッドは寝心地が悪く、枕は大柄な人向けに作られていて、あまり快適ではありませんでした。

This hotel is another perfect example how Hilton brand is falling far behind and customer service is declining fast. The rooms smell horrible and musty. The water pressure is horrible. They’re extremely nice to you until you need them to be reasonable and respectful. Been with Hilton for over 20 years. Diamond member. Army. Now contractor. Traveling even more due to government employees on furlough. I need a hotel that cares about me. I had a flight cancellation and got stuck in Chicago. Called the front desk here. The gentleman said it’s not a problem. We’ll see you tomorrow. Says I won’t be charged the night I wasn’t there. Got my bill. They charged me. Called. Got the run around. Said to call back in an hour to talk to manager. Did that. Manager says to email them. They responded. Asking for proof of flight cancellation. I sent a screenshot of my flight cancellation. They responded and said I need a letter. Remember. I called and was told I wouldn’t be charged. But now it’s as if I’m a criminal and need to prove this??? I’m a very easy going and I don’t get upset often. It’s rare. I’m beyond upset. Stressed. Angry. Hurt that they’re giving me such a hard time!! When I was literally told I’m good to go! As expected. They responded w below. I was waiting. YOU told me I wouldn’t be charged ! When I called from Chicago. Now you change your mind. Not the way you treat a valued customer!!! A co-worker of mine. Was also stuck in Chicago. They stayed at another Hilton down the street. Also got charged. She called. They changed it immediately and apologized. Obviously this one has an obvious lack of care for longstanding members. Doesn’t “have your back” when needed. I just cancelled 2 upcoming stays with Hilton. Switched to Marriott. They honored my status! I got an upgrade too! Already know I made the right choice. So thank you Hilton Garden Inn. For helping me go to where they’ll have my back when needed. I’m done with Hilton. Not the elite and exciting, 5-Star company they used to be. Far from it. So a big maholo to you. And much bigger and more sincere Aloha to Marriott!! 😎😁
