This hotel was my saving grace with a last minute day of booking from my previous hotel being a huge disappointment. This hotel is clean, cozy, has all the amenities, a perfect location, and so many extra features that were just a nice touch. I really wanted a room with a fridge, microwave, full length mirror, and space for 2 women to get ready! This had it all! I also loved hanging out in the pool area which had a great happy hour. The location is ideal right in the middle of the strip — directly across from target, multiple coffee shops, an abundance of stores and food places, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I was so thankful to feel clean and at home for my week long trip.

It was ok here until my son got sick. He threw up in the bed and instead of offering to help they said they could drop off a sheet outside the room. When I asked for the manager they said that maybe the person who brings up can help a little to make the bed. I guess they can help a little and we can attempt to put another waterproof cover on it or they can get puke on the bed if he does it again. Really poor service and support when I have a sick kid and their bed I covered in puke.

the valet parking service of this hotel is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. On my first day, when I just arrived the hotel, the Valet people just stood there and laugh at me and my wife like an idiot, and they let us waited for 15 mins until my wife came to beg them to serve us. On the day after my checkout, the valet people parked my car at a spot very far away from the hotel and let us stood there for 30 mins in front of the people who drove my car. When I asked him where was my car, that boy told me I was supposed to find my car. But I even didn’t have my key?! I don’t understand whether this is how Hilton trained their valet people to serve people or what. But I do think as a world famous hotel group and a hotel with $300 per night, this should not be how valet people serve their guest.

BEWARE!! Absolute nightmare. The location is doing some sort of Groupon scam. They sell reservations through a third-party that they do not honor. They claim to not have even heard of the site but then later admit that they called them to sort out the issue two weeks ago but nothing has happened so they gave up. (per the manager, Amy) Hilton customer service is of no help stating they have to default to the terrible service of the location. We are out almost $1500 with no place to sleep on a completely booked island on our honeymoon. We are canceling our other 6 nights and booking elsewhere. Way to go Hilton!

I am prepared to lodge a complaint with Hilton Grand Vacation Club for the inconvenience they have caused me. I arrived at their Waikiki Beach Resort on December 19, 2025, for a two-hour presentation. Despite my initial request for a two-bedroom room, I was only provided with a single-bedroom room. The hotel’s name, Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort, suggests proximity to the beach, but this is not the case. The room number 262, located on the second floor adjacent to the car garage and laundry area, is situated directly beneath the swimming pool. The room is cramped, measuring only 200 square feet, and is in a state of disarray. Upon entering, I was immediately overwhelmed by the sense of confinement. Upon discovering that my air conditioning unit was not functioning, I complained to the hotel staff. They offered me a different room, but it was still overcrowded. Despite my repeated complaints, the hotel management informed me that this was the only available room due to the high demand during the Christmas weekend. I subsequently contacted Hilton Care Vacation Club, the organization responsible for my reservation, to express my dissatisfaction. I informed them of the situation and requested compensation for the inconvenience caused. However, they informed me that they would not be able to provide any credit due to the limited availability of rooms during the holiday season. I have since made several calls to Hilton Care Vacation Club, engaging in a lengthy and frustrating conversation to explain the situation and express my dissatisfaction. I am particularly upset with the hotel staff’s unprofessional behavior, which I believe constitutes a form of deception. I am from Sacramento and was deeply disappointed by the experience.
