  10月末に4泊で利用させていただきました。 場所的には、目の前にABCストア、ホノルルクッキー、そしてダイス&ミックスもあり便利でした。ヒルトンの花火もベスポジで見られました！ まあワイキキの中心に出ようと思うと少し歩きますが…。 チェックインは片言の英語と翻訳アプリでなんとかなります。この時は日本語のできる方がいませんでしたが、別の日には日本語の話せるスタッフもいらっしゃいました。 今回泊まった部屋はオーシャンビューの角部屋。ダブルベッド2つ、ソファベッド１つで5人利用でしたが、狭さは感じませんでした。さすがスイートルームです。ウォーターサーバーとロックアイスも廊下にあるのでマイボトル必須です。 イブニングレセプションは最高です。プールサイドでお酒が飲めるなんて！渡されるリストバンドは必須。若い子はパスポートも持って年齢確認に対応しておいたほうがいいかも。バーテンダーさんは名物みたいで楽しい絡みをしてくれます。長くなると少し面倒くさいですが…。おつまみはプレッツェルとクラッカーしかないのでお腹いっぱいにはなりません。ご飯は用意しましょう。ちなみにステーキシャックは歩いて3分ほどで行けます。 朝食ビュッフェはパン、ご飯、シリアルなどあり、オムレツもその場で作ってもらえます。メニューは多くありませんが毎日少し変わります。 唯一の難点は水栓の切替です。シャワーへの切替レバーがガタガタでコツが必要です。水とお湯の表示もなく、残念なところです。 でも総じて満足のできるホテルです。ルームキーパーの方々も気さくで楽しい日々が送れました！ I used it for 4 nights at the end of October. The location was convenient, with ABC Store, Honolulu Cookies, and Dice & Mix right in front of us. We could also see the Hilton fireworks at Vesposi! Well, if you want to get to the center of Waikiki, you'll have to walk a bit... Check-in can be done with broken English and a translation app. At that time, there was no one who could speak Japanese, but on another day, there was a staff member who could speak Japanese. The room I stayed in this time was a corner room with an ocean view. There were 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed for 5 people, but it didn't feel cramped. It's a suite room. A water server and rock ice cream are also available in the hallway, so you'll need your own bottle. Evening reception is the best. You can drink alcohol by the pool! The wristband given to you is required. If you are a young person, it may be a good idea to bring your passport with you to confirm your age. The bartender seems to be a specialty and makes for a fun interaction. It's a bit tedious if it gets long though... The only snacks are pretzels and crackers, so it won't fill you up. Let's prepare the rice. By the way, the Steak Shack can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot. The breakfast buffet includes bread, rice, cereal, etc., and you can even have omelets made on the spot. The menu is not large, but it changes slightly every day. The only difficulty is switching the faucet. The lever to switch to the shower is wobbly and requires some skill. There is no indication of water or hot water, which is a shame. But overall, it's a satisfying hotel. The room keepers were friendly and we had a fun time!

  Stayed here for our first and last nights on our recent trips. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially for tired tourists who didn't know how things operate in this hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had many choices to choose from. The fresh omelets were Especially good.

  Our stay here was fine in the sense that our room was decently clean; however, there isn't much else for the price and I would recommend not staying here. Breakfast is ok 1. Valet is mandatory and they did not respect our car while there. Also no call ahead or scheduling allowed 2. The staff was not helpful. They had signs saying, 'there's an event that may impact your stay' but when asked about the potential impact, the response was 'oh idk you can Google it'. I can google it but I have no clue how events are hosted around this area. I was hoping the hotel would let me know. Google was just okay and any local would've known more. 3. Dangerous activity going on in the large pool/outdoor/eating area. Staff right there watching and there's no intervention. Extremely young kids in the pool seemingly unattended 4. Room had minor issues like fans not working and faucets being leaky

  This stay was the most disappointing experience I have had. I do not plan to return to this property. I was informed that I could not use my Hilton card due to their machine malfunctioning and was advised to use an alternative payment method. At check-out, I was told to request an authorization form at the front desk so it could be sent to my email to update to my Hilton AMEX card and ensure I received my points, as promised. However, I did not receive anything via email. When I followed up with the hotel a day later, I was dismissed and advised to contact the Hilton Diamond Help Center, but I was unable to get any assistance. I would recommend potential guests to be cautious, as the rooms appear outdated and do not match the images seen online. Also, the tub kept getting stopped up and the toilet kept making noises. I spent too much money to go through this much headache.

  Very nice location and good rooms. The condition of the restroom particularly the tub was disgusting. There was, what I believe to be is fungus growing under the tub mat. Then the shower head itself had black particulates coming out of it. My kids used this tub and one broke out into hives. Until I took my shower I didn’t know why. Please inspect your rooms throughly take photos.when I find a way to post the photos I will. Hotel representatives insinuated I was lying so I’ll be sending the pictures to Hilton corporation. They seemly have no respect for the opinions of two local medical professionals. Won’t make the mistake is staying here again and will be documenting this place in case further health conditions arise.
