- TST Saka6 days ago5.0結論値段に見合った非常に良いホテルでした。 歩いて子供用のラグーンまで行けるところは我々には非常に刺さりました。 近隣にはトロピカルトライブ、アロハキッチン、Hi Shack、Sunny’s Local grind等々レストラン充実。 夜は人通りが多くないのでとっても静か。 やろうと思えばアラモアナセンターまで徒歩でも行けるし、ピンクトロリーの停車場も近い。 部屋の広さは妻と息子3人でのステイには十分な大きさ。古いのは古いかもしれませんが別に気にならなかったです。 ジムにはペロトンが入ってました。プールは小さいし滞在中楽しんでいる人をほとんど見ませんでした。 ホテルでゆっくりしたい！というようなステイの場合はマッチしないでしょうが、私たちのように毎日朝から晩まで観光！お出かけ！というケースではフィットするホテルかと思います。

Tonight I asked a simple question about the rewards and was given an answer with a attitude. I used the credit at the snack place and the lady who checked me out needs major training on customer service. Let me say they all do. The only friendly workers are the bell guys. They say hi all the time with a smile. I have 2 more nights at this hotel and wished I never used my points to stay here. Oh ya, so much for being a gold member, you get treated like crap regardless. Worst Hilton experience ever.

- AAAbuNov 5, 20253.0the location is very good. lots of buses nearby no more than a 7 min walk away. only 5 min from the W line that connects you to the airport. many restaurants and shops nearby. also walkable to the beaches and ala moana park. i got a free upgrade as well since im a hilton gold member. i also got $18 food credit which i just used on snacks. the room was big enough for me but felt outdated. the view from the balcony was nice as well.
- DSDorothy shermanOct 29, 20255.0The rooms in this hotel are very nice. Clean and well kept. But the staff is especially EXCELLENT! I came to Honolulu to go on a 21 day cruise to Australia. We were booked in The Modern for one week. My son became extremely ill and had to be hospitalized. The Modern would not extend our stay so we moved to The Doubletree by Hilton. My son was in extremely critical condition and my sister and I were devastated. The staff at the Doubletree assisted me in extending my stay with such kindness and understanding. It was truly refreshing to experience such concern. I felt so blessed because the prior hotel showed no concern when refusing to extend or help me to find a new Hotel. The bellman staff was especially kind to my sister and I, you see I use a wheelchair so it can be difficult getting in and out of cars. All of them were kind and helpful, they even gave us a meal voucher they had for a free meal! They knew we were going back and forth to the hospital twice a day and it was really expensive. They prayed for my son and encouraged us to be prayerful! I want to thank this Hotel's Staff for truly showing loving kindness to two very stressed women. I also want to thank everyone for their prayers. Thank God my son is recovering and we are back home in Virginia. I highly recommend the Doubletree by Hilton, Ala Moana, Honolulu, Hi
