She put us in a room next to the highway, so we hardly slept. The bathroom floor was flooded while showering. We struggled to find anything we wanted to eat from the free breakfast buffet, which was held in an ugly old room. Never again!

- ATAnh TranNov 4, 20251.0Its close to the airport. The staff were ok not rude but ok. However it is situated on a busy highway with ineffective sound proofing. I was offered 3 rooms and all had the same issue. One also had q noisy ice machine next to the room. They neglected to tell me that the complimentary shuttle was not available and wouldnt reimburse me the taxi fare (I forgot to ask for a receipt). Rooms are a little old and you have views of the busy highway and industrial area. Its not a relaxing place to stay. But if you were really tired it may not be an issue.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten oder höherstellen. Man hört auch den angrenzenden Highway.
- KKKartierOct 27, 20254.0I actually enjoyed my stay here. A lot of the folks in the reviews are professional complainers lol. This hotel has very clean and relatively modern rooms. You can also enjoy free daily breakfast (although it doesn’t really change 😂). Location is free of pests, safe and provides parking for around $40 a night. For Hawaii standards, this place is a great price for a best western. Remember, this isn’t the four seasons LOL I don’t like having to deal with seeing military personnel at the hotel but luckily I only saw them once centrally located so it’s a good spot if you need to be by the airport or if you’ll have a car to travel around the island. I recommend :)
