  I had an absolutely great experience. They helped us out a ton since we are military and traveling on orders. If you are military and are using TLA, I recommend this hotel.

  We stayed there 1 night on Dec. 26th. The hotel was very busy, I'm not complaining about that-we stayed over the holidays, we knew there would be crowds. However, we would not stay there again. My main issue was the that size of the beds were much smaller than queens. I have a queen bed at home, this was not a queen. It made for tight sleeping quarters and if I had known I would have added another room. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The other issue is how they do breakfast. You get a short window for breakfast (7-9), which is fine, the problem is that the hotel was VERY full and it was difficult squeezing that amount of people in such a tight time window. There was no place to sit, the lines were long and confusing, difficult to even get coffee. The elevators were full so it was hard to even take the food back to your room. The staff was nice and did their best.

  I had the room with best sound effects :). Highway traffic helps in one direction, elevator that makes a thud when it is in use works in the second direction. Third crazy one is the gym on top of our guest room , where the people can drop weights at midnight. Kids and spouse can help in the fourth :). Gym on the twelfth floor can provide great views for all other guests. When the rooms are sold out, some guests will be unlucky to end up on these rooms and it was our turn this time. They switched our rooms after 2 nights and it was a better experience. Our deep appreciation and gratitude for the hotel staff and housekeepers, who work so hard during the holiday season.

  This hotel is close to the airport and good for a day stay. We paid almost $200 per day and what threw us off was that on the very first day, a mysterious black residue showed yo in the sink (see photo). This is not what you expect when you pay so much. The maintenance was quick to come and clean it up. In general the device is good. Everyone is cheerful and they are helping. They have a buffet from 7 to 9. But you can tell it is very low quality in food: granola, yogurt, waffles, syrup, bread. It’s passable. Very crowded on weekends seems like. Thee is a free airport shuttle but it runs every hour in the morning and every 15 min. The car parking is expensive at $42 plus tax per day. They really need to upgrade their rooms and improve the plumbing.

  Stayed here for almost a month. The staff is great! Luz on the 12th floor is the best at cleaning your room to perfection! All the breakfast staff is so kind and the front desk is helpful! $45 a night parking is a little pricey. (Free street parking behind the hotel) The beds are comfy and for being one of the cheapest stays on the island, the location is perfect for exploring the whole island. Try not to get the -01 through -05 rooms because they face the highway and can be loud. The vents are loud too. Ask for a room towards the back.
