  Truly the most horrific hotel experience of my life. We would have been better off sleeping on the floor of the airport. Myself, my partner and our 9 month old baby stayed here recently overnight before our flight the next morning. The shuttle from the airport was great but that was about the only positive. Our room was incredibly loud, right on the side of the freeway with loud trucks and motorbikes going past all night. Both the baby and us had a difficult time falling asleep even with white noise turned up to max volume. Baby woke up multiple times overnight. Not the restful night we had hoped for before our long flight in the morning. We requested a baby bed (pack n play) and what arrived was an incredibly dirty metal cot/crib with bars on wheels (which didn’t lock) which looked like it came from a mental asylum. It had food crusted to the sides of it and the paint was chipping off. I really didn’t want to put my baby in there for the night but had no choice. The room was fine but very dated for the price. No carpet just dirty tiles, so we didnt feel like we could put our baby down at all (she is crawling not yet walking). My partner found a cockroach in the shower in the morning I found a dead lizard carcass inside my bed sheets (see attached photo). I was horrified that I had been sleeping with that in my bed all night. After finding the lizard I couldn’t stomach breakfast. My partner did eat some food at the included breakfast buffet although it looked incredibly average. It was very crowded given breakfast is only open 7-9am. We all left in the morning feeling exhausted, dirty and grossed out. For $255 AUD this hotel was absolutely not worth it. Next time we will just pay for a nicer hotel and commute from Waikiki the morning of our flight.

  An old hotel that requires some updates. Free airport service is nice. But the shuttle service to the airport is on every hour while the breakfast starts at 7am. Breakfast is from 7am to 9am which is short. Also nothing special. They should start the breakfast at 6:30am or shuttle bus should start at 30 minutes after the hour. The line at 7am was long. Also check-in counter was very disorganized littered with a lot of stuff. Doesn't look professional. Exercise room also opens from 6AM rather than typical 24 hour. The pool also opens 9am to sunset. So, unless you're going to spend a lot of time during day time, the amenities are not accessible. Staff were nice though.

  Hotel located near the Honolulu Airport. Has a free shuttle to hotel and from airport, however you have to go to designated pick up points. Older hotel and could use some renovations. Offers free breakfast. McDonalds, Starbucks and convenience stores are near by and within walking distance. Go location if you are stoping over in Honolulu.

  NO AC!!!! Super loud highway right beside, mattresses as hard as a rock and I didn’t know a double could be that small. It’s absolutely terrible to navigate from and to. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the only real redeeming quality is the fact that it was clean. So if you’re the kind of person that wants to be able to come home after a hot and sweaty day at the beach and sit in some AC to cool off, forget it

  I'll be honest, after an 11hr flight that landed me at the equivalent time of 2am back home, after getting food and to the hotel now equivalent time of 5am I fell asleep close to midnight Hawaii time only to be woken up around 3am by a city sanitation truck emptying the dumpster which sounded like it was outside my door to my room. I couldn't be more awake and more exhausted 🫩🫩🫩. As a hotel, this is something that you should make sure the city isn't doing. Why is emptying a dumpster at 3am acceptable??? I seriously could care less about free food not being amazing or or anything people would maybe complain about. But my sleep??!! Come on bro, $150 a night or more to not get sleep is diabolical. Breakfast- good options with turkey sausage, eggs, coffee, waffles, baby muffins, toast ,fresh fruit. Great for getting you started for the day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom - Clean, easily accessible, bed was a little dated but overall still very clean. Bathroom, bath tub was very clean, towels also old but still clean. Facility is located near the overpass but the sound didn't bother me. It was just the abrupt loud clang,bang ,bang,bang of a dumpster followed by beep beep beep 30 feet from my bedroom door 🤦 McDonald's is walking distance Hotel is gated security so you do need your room key if you walk to the adjacent convenience store or McDonald's. Pool looked pretty, and the center garden looks neatly arranged. Everyone was very friendly.
