- MGmichael greifensteinJan 18, 20265.0I really enjoyed staying here. Rooms and service were impeccable. Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean, well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. It was very convenient for work at TAMC. Make sure you know to check in at BLDG 228 at TAMC first - this way you are not surprised when you arrive, as there is no full-time front desk at BLDG 719 on Fort Shafter.

- TTT TJul 12, 20171.0We had a horrible experience here. The front check out desk did not provide any information or tell us that they did not have a shuttle driver before after booking the hotel. After paying for an expensive ride to the main building to check in, we were told we had to pay for our own taxi to get to their location on Ft Shafter. We spent additional money to get across the other side of post using a taxi. The gentlemen at the front desk with glasses was not helpful and told us it was maybe a mile away, but it was actually 4 miles. When we told him we will just walk, he simply said that we can't and stated we had to get off post. He was not helpful or provided any solution or recommendation on different options to get to the site. I would not recommend staying here. I am very disappointed in IHG.

The air conditioner doesn't work, the hot water is barely hot, the cable TV has many blocked channels. While we were staying, it started raining heavily, soI turned on the Weather Channel to get an update, AND THE WEATHER CHANNEL IS BLOCKED!!! Are these guys that flouching cheap???!!! The beds are heavy wooden behemoths with sharp, unprotected edges right at knee height, the lighting is poor, and the bathroom faucets are loose.
