- JFJay FApr 3, 20255.0Booked the Shikoku Islands Japan tour for myself, my mother, and grandmother. The tour offered lots of sightseeing, hands-on activities, and shopping. My family and I had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back to Japan. Our tour guide, Tomomi, was excellent! We flew into Osaka but my single checked luggage was sent to Tokyo (airline mistake). She handled it for me and I didn't need to worry about it. I got my checked luggage a few days later and I got a reimbursement from the airline upon departure. I highly recommend her and this agency for your next tour!
