  It was a pretty good experience, it wasn’t overly frightening. If there are fewer visitors, strangers will usually be grouped together into a small team before entering. The experience becomes much more fun when your teammates are willing to participate and interact with the actors. In our group, there was an older women who was a local, and she was “very lucky” to be picked to participate in almost every scene.

  One of our first visits to a dungeon experience, and it definitely did not disappoint! The actors were absolutely brilliant, and the jump scares made it even more fun and exciting. Loved the entire experience 5/5!

  Very enjoyable experience, some well produced scenes. The place looks and smells like you have been transported back in time. Some very dark moments and jump scares, overall great fun. I would like to try another dungeon to compare! Some individual participation in some of the scenes which was funny (I was picked for 3 of them!). Kids may find it a little scary (loud bangs and dark scenes), I would say suitable for ages 10 and up.

  Really enjoyed it, only marked down a star because we kept being asked if we had anyone pregnant or with a back injury and so I expected the floor to move or something dramatic which then spoilt it for me as I felt underwhelmed when there wasn't. Good actors though, decent story telling and I'd highly recommend the guide booklet, learnt some really interesting facts from it.

  A must do experience. Wonderful sets, stories and great attention to detail but.... the actors.....wow. Amazing from start to finish. Such a fantastic job guys. Thanks to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable.
