Stayed here on business last week. Wonderful location and secure parking, standard Premier Inn accommodation but the staff were what really stood out. After a long day working we arrived at 2115 and Keith was so welcoming and friendly. He told us the kitchen was still open until 2130 so we quickly dropped our bags in the rooms and went down to eat. Simone was an excellent host and although it must have been near the end of her shift was so friendly and helpful. Both are a credit to the company.

Make sure you pay for parking, they will fine you, despite having no one on reception to confirm any details of your stay

Ideal to the beach which is just across the road.
A quick 10 minute walk into the town too.

I had a comfortable stay. I booked an accessible room. There were no wet rooms available so I had to book a room with a lowered bath which I couldn’t use. My room was clean and large enough for my wheelchair to navigate. It was good to see there was an alarm by the bed and a red cord in bathroom. Lots of grabrails. The positioning of the shower attachment was too high. As was the handwash by the sink. The lift that takes you into the hotel was broken so I had to be let in through the goods entrance at the back. Staff bent over backwards to help and guide me. It’s not their fault the lift was broken- so I tried not to be too grumpy. The pavement round the back is a bit dodgy in places. I would return again as the staff were very personable.

I mean the view was stunning! Car parking was limited and tight, air-conditioning worked eventually but the control didn't work properly and was very lose on the wall. They prefer you to self check in so have your booking number ready and parking is £9.40 for 24 hours
