- VBVanessa BrightMay 15, 20263.0The staff are lovely here and the rooms were cleaned the best way they could be. As you could not open the windows the whole building smells very stuffy, which lets the place down. Also the products smelt musty and the soap dispensers were rusty. I ended up buying my own shower gel and hand soap as a result. I also found a huge spider in the bath which usually is a sign of something not right, especially as I have previously lived in some places like this which are usually mouldy, damp places. I feel like Worthing in general is very neglected….this hotel and the town centre. Hope they sort this out in future as the hotel and the place has potential.
