  Great stay good parking rooms were cleaned well breakfast was cooked to order and good will stay again when in the area excellent business stay

  The worst Premier Inn we've stayed in! It's sad to say that most Premiers are beginning to look sad and somewhat dilapidated and in need of refurbishment. The toilet wasn't clean and no toilet brush was provided. The extractor in the bathroom wasn't working at 6.30am when we needed to shower so needless to say, the bathroom became very steamed up. The bedroom and bed were clean but it seems ridiculous to provide a winter weight duvet in the summer months! The restaurant was so dilapidated on the outside, we thought it was a derelict building. The food was pleasant and the highlight was the lovely young man who served us! Premiere Inns need to lift their game! Finally, the USB socket wasn't working so we were unable to charge our devices.

  Very disappointed in the room. Booked premier inn rather than Travelodge as usually a better standard but the room was quite musty/stale. The bathroom was scruffy. Flaky paint and rust on soap dispenser. The bed however was very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was ok breakfast was ok. But again the building quite dilapidated. Good location for our needs.

  Stayed for a week with work.. really disappointed with this premier inn, i stay with premier inn all along south west and south coast.. Monday and Tuesday waited over an hour and half for evening meal which was average at best.. Wednesday we ordered out as just couldn’t bare the wait for the food again.. Thursday the service was great however I ordered the bolognese but got the linguine, in fairness not something I would have ordered but ate it anyway and it was lovely 🫣😏 would however like to say that Kirsty was very professional, friendly and by far the best member of staff in the restaurant/bar area.. the reception staff were also very good.. overall stay a disappointment
