  Good signage directing us to the hotel, from getting off the train. Digital sign in at reception but a staff member quickly helped towards the end. A human presence was much appreciated! Our table was pre-booked for 7.30pm & we were soon escorted to a table. Service from Gaynor was welcoming & friendly. A smile goes a long way! The restaurant was very busy, all staff were working hard. Because it was so busy it's rather noisy but there's not a lot you can do about that! Our meals were good. The big attraction is being so close to the airport check in. We would have liked to reduce the room temperature. We tried but failed!

  Stayed here one night before we flew out to Malta for a well-earned holiday. After leaving the airport the hotel was located literally across the road. We got checked in (early) and without a fuss we were given our room keys. The hotel is spotless staff seem approachable but were too busy to have any sort of interaction which is fine . Dining.. Premier many hotel chains could learn a thing or two from you . Service was impeccable. My mother’s meal was hot although mine was warm but still eatable. I won’t lower my full rating as the meal was a little thing and it didn’t require the waiter’s attention but after 20 seconds of the meal being placed on the table the food became lukewarm. Bedroom was spotless and I had a cracking nights sleep . Well done to all ..

  Well, great location. It stops there. Totally automated check-in, so not for the faint-hearted or the elderly. Despite the über-automation, no alarm call system. In an airport hotel! If you're single, it's important . Last year the review responses blamed a lack of phones in rooms. Well, they're phones there now and still no system. Guess no profit for Premier Inns in alarm calls. Bar-queuing system suited me as otherwise I'd never get served. Only ordered a starter, but it was good. Bar staff very good but table tops sticky although had been wiped Bathroom - grubby bath grouting. Wouldn't stay again. A lot of money. I know they're turning over rooms every day but they must be saving on towels, I wasn't there long enough to shower!

  Premier Inn North Terminal continues to be a brilliant place to stay on all fronts. We have lost count of the times we have stayed here, and if flying from Gatwick it’s a no brainier. Had particular good experience in the restaurant this time with our server Gaynor who is brilliant. Nothing too much trouble, so helpful and brilliant at her job. I watched as she served other tables and her approach to all was welcoming and accommodating. The table next to us were not happy and she dealt with the complaint with a perfectly friendly and professional approach. Our meal was outanding value, and the wine very reasonably priced. Just sitting chilling in the outdoor area finishing the bottle. Well done premier.

  Fantastic stay — highly recommended! I had an excellent experience at the Premier Inn. The room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The restaurant was fantastic, and the bar was great too. The overall atmosphere throughout the hotel was really enjoyable. A special mention to the gentleman who served us in the restaurant — unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but he was absolutely excellent. Friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The front desk setup with the individual kiosks was also excellent and made things very straightforward. You really can’t beat the location if you’re travelling through the airport — it’s literally across the street, which makes things incredibly convenient. For value for money, I’d give it 95%. The only reason I’m not giving 100% is the elevators. They can take quite a while to arrive, and when they do, they’re fairly small, so you can end up standing there waiting with a crowd of people. Other than that, I really have no complaints. Great rooms, great food, great service, great atmosphere, and an unbeatable location for the airport. I’d definitely stay here again.
