The worst place to stay close to Gatwick airport ! The room was so hot,no air conditionin ,very noice all night! Breakfast was so bad (not even the eggs were good )shocking. The customer service of premier inn doesn’t even know what is around the hotel . The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and I was told there was a pub next door and l arrived at 9 pm and the pub is been close for 6 months . I don’t recommend this place at all .

The room was clean and serviceable, but the hotel in general is tired, and needs updating. Easy to get to, and 10 mins walk to the North Terminal. South long stay car park is ten mins in the car. The north terminal Premier is actually newer and nicer, and the South terminal is a couple of mins by monorail.

We stayed overnight with my child. It was nice, quiet, cosy and comfortable. I loved the fact that tge hotel is away from the main road, within a walking distance, surrounded by trees. Gives you a sense of tranquility in the city. It was incredibly easy to hop on the bus to get back to Gatwick Airport.

Well... If you wanted to sleep in a sauna then this place is for you! Booked two night and didn't ever last 4 hours before we checked out. They give you two dusty fans to assist the warm moist air around the room and a window the opens less than a prison cell window. Not only that but if you have a complaint they only words the guy knew was "No", "Fully booked" and "Policy". Oh don't forget Stuart little and his big rat 🐁 family rule the carpark outside. I would give them bouse style points for the "abandoned" Halloween mansion style they are going for as you find a carpark with more holes then a putting green as well as infrastructure that looks like it's about to fall on your head. How this place is still going, I have no clue when they built a new premier inn a 2 minute walk just the other side of the rat infested carpark. Had to cancel most plans and drive home after a very difficult and disappointing start to a weekend trip. The place needs knocking down and rebuilding in all honesty and don't forget to put aircon in each room when you do rebuild it.
