  An absolutely seamless stay at Premier Inn London Gatwick! From the moment we stepped through the door, the facilities were spotlessly clean, modern, and completely organized to make travel day stress-free. But the absolute highlight has to be the incredibly comfortable beds—we had the best night’s sleep before our early morning flight, which is practically unheard of when traveling. The breakfast spread was top-tier—fresh, hot, plentiful, and the perfect start to a long flight day. What truly elevated our stay from great to exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality. The entire team was fantastic, but a massive shoutout goes to Sofia and Speedy! Sofia’s warm, welcoming smile immediately put us at ease, and Speedy lived up to the name with incredibly efficient, attentive service. They both went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. This is hands-down the best pre-flight stay near Gatwick. We will definitely be booking here again!

  This hotel may not fit everyone’s definition of “luxury”, but in terms of cleanliness, comfort, hospitality and the overall experience, it has genuinely exceeded our expectations every time. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, the beds are very comfortable, and the whole hotel has a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Despite being in an industrial/business area, it is surprisingly quiet — you can even hear the birds outside, and we have never had an issue with noise. One of the biggest surprises is the food. The restaurant is genuinely excellent. We have eaten at many traditional restaurants elsewhere, yet the food here has often been better and more enjoyable. The kitchen team clearly takes pride in what they do, and the same can be said for the bar. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the people. From the management and reception team to housekeeping, the kitchen and the bar staff, everyone we have met has been exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming. Whenever we have needed something, they have made a genuine effort to help. There is a warm, almost family atmosphere here that is increasingly difficult to find in larger hotels. The location is also extremely convenient for Gatwick Airport. There are several bus services nearby, making the airport very easy and inexpensive to reach. We also regularly travel into London from here and find the transport connections convenient and reasonably priced. This has become our regular hotel whenever we are in the area, and there is a reason we keep coming back. It is clean, comfortable, peaceful, very well run and, above all, full of genuinely good people who make you feel welcome. We will certainly be staying here again. A sincere thank you to the entire team for looking after us so well every time.

  Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing, particularly because of the breakfast service. I informed the receptionist at check-in that I have allergies to egg and dairy, and I repeated this information when ordering breakfast the following morning. Despite this, I was served egg. When I pointed out that I was allergic to egg, I did not receive an apology. The response I received was simply ‘Oh my God’ as the plate was taken away. I then had to wait for my meal to be remade. There were also some other issues with breakfast, including being given a spoon with what appeared to be dried green food residue on it, and part of my breakfast being forgotten the following morning. Again, there was no apology when I raised this. The Premier Plus room was otherwise lovely, although there was no proper desk and some artwork was missing from the wall. The general surroundings also weren't particularly pleasant during my stay. There was a significant amount of litter accumulated in the car park, and people were smoking immediately outside the entrance, which made arriving at and entering the hotel unpleasant. I subsequently made a formal complaint. Unfortunately, my initial message was mistakenly answered with information relating to a previous booking, which was frustrating. However, once my complaint was correctly reviewed, Premier Inn responded appropriately. They apologised for the experience, refunded the full £27.98 breakfast charge for both mornings and confirmed that my feedback had been logged and would be reviewed with the relevant hotel management team. So while the stay itself fell well below the standard I expected, I do appreciate the way Premier Inn ultimately handled my complaint and put things right.

  The rooms are spacious, very comfy beds, plenty storage and places for your belongings, nice little table and chairs, TV is a decent size and good amount of channels, ensuite very nice and plenty of room, room could do with a little fridge for drinks and maybe a microwave or toaster would be a nice addition to reheat a snack or do some toast in the morning if up late, but as far as the roomy goes they would add an extra star to a 4/5, the price is great value too, , location is convenient for driving and bus routes, away from the gridlock and crowds in town but not too far to be an issue, Unfortunately some of the staff are really helpful and friendly and some aren't which is rather off putting and doesn't put you at ease because each staff member can be different quite a bit from the day before, this is problematic when needing something or have a general query and not great at approaching people, But this particular premier Inn is a solid 4/5.

  Hotel moderno, pulito e molto comodo per Gatwick ✈️ Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’hotel è moderno, molto pulito e ben organizzato, situato in una posizione comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto di Gatwick, facilmente collegato tramite alcune linee di autobus. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, molto pulita e confortevole, perfetta anche per un soggiorno breve. Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e abbiamo effettuato il self check-in in completa autonomia, senza alcun problema e in modo davvero semplice. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la tranquillità della struttura, nonostante la vicinanza all’aeroporto: camera silenziosa e ambiente confortevole, ideale per riposarsi prima o dopo un volo. Nel complesso, ottima esperienza e struttura assolutamente consigliata, soprattutto per chi cerca un hotel comodo, pulito e pratico vicino a Gatwick.
