  AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! The restaurant had hardly any options available, the room was very noisy and the worst part - Premier Inn helped themselves to £212 in unexplained charges from our bank account for no reason at all and are refusing to refund. Absolutely disgusting service. Will be informing trading standards.

  Close to Gatwich airport , great evening meal really helpful friendly staff, lovely comfy large bed spotless clean room, no noise from road despite being busy.

  The staff in this hotel are outstanding, especially the restaurant staff, they’re always happy, busy and great at their job. Food is a great standard for a fair price. Hotel location is perfect for the airport.

  Worst Premier Inn experience I have had Unfortunately, this was by far the worst Premier Inn stay I have experienced. We stayed here on 23 August 2026 before flying from Gatwick the following day. The hotel was poorly maintained and the biggest concern was the amount of dust throughout the property. The ceilings, skirting boards and other areas were visibly covered in dust, both inside our room and around the hotel. There were even visible dust webs in the room. Both my mother and I suffer from asthma and dust allergies, and we were unable to sleep properly because of the condition of the room. This is particularly disappointing when the fundamental expectation when booking a Premier Inn is a clean, comfortable room and a good night's sleep. There were other maintenance problems too. The water was extremely hot and the hairdryer continually stopped and started and hardly worked. I raised the issues directly with reception and was surprised that the staff member effectively acknowledged and agreed with my concerns about the hotel's condition. If these problems are already known or apparent to staff, they should have been addressed. The parking was good and convenient, but unfortunately that was the only real positive. This stay fell significantly below the standard I have previously experienced from Premier Inn. I hope management takes this seriously and conducts a thorough review of the hotel's cleanliness, housekeeping and maintenance standards. Definitely not the standard I expected from Premier Inn and not a stay I could recommend based on our experience.
