The beds are super comfortable, we find the rooms modern and clean , always enjoy a lovely breakfast and the amazing Sabina and Danny the staff that work at the Town West always go that extra mile to ensure we get the best service when using the onsite Restaraunt. Always service with a smile either on the desk or when serving. They make our experience enjoyable every time. Never had a bad meal, always been very delicious, a good variety even on the meal deal and the Prosecco goes down well too. After dinner, the kids go to their rooms for facemasks, dancing and chilling while the parents finish their bubbles. Only reason have left 4 stars for the rooms, because they aren't completely noise proof sadly. On the whole we sleep very well there's just the occasional night when there are inconsiderate loud people staying which I'm sure you get everywhere. My daughter always takes her foam ear plugs whenever we sleep away from home and she sleeps through at the premier. It's all I can ask for 🙏.
