  Staff were very welcoming and informative made clear instructions as we were leaving our car there whilst on holiday and stayed overnight they arranged our taxi to the airport 10-15min drive at a set price.

  We are staying at this hotel, great location and booked through booking.com, because of this we had to pay extra for car parking, we also have been given a really shaby room with a view of someone's window and a concrete wall close to our window, I didnt realise we were classed as 2nd class by booking this way.

  We had our wedding here and it was perfect, from the initial meeting/look round to the day itself. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, a massive shout out to Holly who was absolutely incredible throughout the process. Answering all our questions in a timely manner, accommodating any special requests that she possibly could and making sure the day itself ran smoothly. She really pulled out all the stops to make sure our day was special and perfect, which it really was. We couldn't recommend Holiday Inn and especially Holly enough, thank you so much for giving us the best wedding and memories that will last a lifetime

  Perfect place to stay before/after your flight if the times are not ideal. They run a service with a local taxi firm for a £27.50 trip to the airport (much cheaper than what Uber was quoting). Car can be left for your entire trip for a reasonable price bundled in with a hotel stay

  Great Pre-Flight Hotel and Parking. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth for one night in July 2026 before an early flight from Gatwick. The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking available on arrival. Parking bays are numbered and reception will ask for your bay number at check-in, so it's worth making a note before leaving the car – depending on where you've parked, it could save quite a walk back! Check-in was quick and efficient. The reception area is large and welcoming with plenty of seating, and with three members of staff handling arrivals we waited no more than a couple of minutes. Staff also offered to arrange our taxi to Gatwick for the following morning, which we gratefully accepted. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a large bed, chairs and a table. The bathroom was well equipped with a bath and shower, and the toiletries were Dove products supplied in large refillable bottles. TV in the room had Netflix, Prime etc. available which was a nice bonus. As I am increasingly noticing in hotels, the Netflix account had been left signed into someone else's account so worth remembering to sign out before you leave, if you use the service. Unfortunately, the one significant downside was the air conditioning. During a July heatwave it appeared to be stuck at 19°C but didn't actually cool the room. We mentioned this to reception and staff very kindly provided a fan, although ultimately this just moved the warm air around! As we were only there for a few hours before our early flight, we made the best of it and hoped to catch up on some sleep on the plane. Early check-out was handled efficiently. We left our car keys with reception and were given a ticket to collect them on our return. Our pre-booked taxi was waiting exactly when requested, making the journey to the airport completely stress-free. On returning from our holiday, collecting the keys was straightforward. The car had been moved during the week but was waiting in a bay close to reception and was exactly as we'd left it, so it had clearly been well looked after. Overall, this is a very convenient hotel for a pre-flight stay, particularly when combining accommodation with parking for the duration of your trip. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable and the parking arrangements worked extremely well. With functioning air conditioning our stay would have been excellent. We'd certainly consider staying again, particularly during the cooler months, and would recommend it as a practical and convenient option for anyone flying from Gatwick.
