  Great rooms, great restaurant, ideal for hotel and parking for Gatwick. Bear in mind the taxi to Gatwick is an extra £22.50 each way.

  Extremely warm welcome by a knowledgeable front of house representative. Clear guidance and booking in along with directions and use of services. Room was a good size with everything we needed including choice of pillows 😁 the curtains were great as we wanted to sleep in until 10am so they blocked the day light perfectly. A really comfortable stay thank you.

  VERY DISAPPOINTED! The hotel is called London Gatwick but it is not the one close to the airport. There is no shuttle that goes to this location and only way is a taxi. We couldn’t sleep at night because there is zero insulation and you can hear noise from other rooms (full tv playing overnight). I had better sleep in 1 star establishments. The amenities were not available upon arrival as closed at 07pm.

  This hotel list breakfast as a benefit of staying here online. It is a absolute lie, they want to charge you up your butt end for breakfast that is typically complementary at hotels. They even brought up breakfast the night before, didn't bring up that it cost money, and had me wake up my daughter early for absolutely nothing. 0 shuttle service. Inconvenient location for international travelers. Overpriced. If your looking to spend 150$ and have 0 benefits with your hotel, this is the trash place you want to stay.

  We chose Holiday Inn London Gatwick - Worth for our son’s baptism celebration because we needed a place able to accommodate a large group of family and friends coming from abroad, while also hosting the function in the same location — and it truly exceeded our expectations.🥇 The rooms were modern, spacious, and maintained to an excellent standard. The conference room we rented had a lovely terrace which was amazing both for the children and the adults, creating a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere throughout the day. Overall, the hotel definitely meets 4-star standards in terms of facilities and comfort. What made the experience truly special, however, was the staff. From reception to the waiters, everyone was polite, welcoming and delivered excellent customer service. A very special thank you goes to Holly, the Event Manager, and Shivani, our Event Coordinator / Function Host, who looked after us throughout the entire event. They both went above and beyond and delivered what we genuinely consider 5-star service. Shivani constantly checked on us and our guests, made sure everyone had what they needed, helped with every request with kindness and patience. She stayed present in the room throughout the celebration to ensure everything ran smoothly. Many of our guests noticed her warm attitude and professionalism and we received so many compliments during the evening about the outstanding service she provided.👏 Holly, the Event Manager, was absolutely exceptional from the very beginning. She was professional, highly organised, patient, responsive and always approachable with such a warm and positive attitude. Planning a large family event can often feel stressful, but Holly made the entire process smooth, reassuring and enjoyable. She paid attention to every detail, handled everything with confidence and calmness. She always made us feel that our event truly mattered. It was an absolute pleasure organising such an important occasion with her, and her dedication and professionalism played a huge part in making the day so successful and memorable. 🥇👏 It is refreshing to meet people who show real dedication, passion and respect for their work, especially nowadays when this is starting to become quite rare. We truly hope the hotel appreciates and values employees like Holly and Shivani because people like them make a huge difference and are the reason guests return and recommend a place wholeheartedly. Thank you again for helping us create such beautiful memories for our son’s special day. We will always remember it warmly and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning an important celebration or family event. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
